Ned and everyone at the dealerhip were top notch. It took me three weeks to finally settle on a car (a Chevy Cobalt), and I really appreciated that he took so much time with me. Everything about the transaction went better than I expected. I will definitely go to Wilson County Motors the next time I need a car.

Superior service. I told them the exact unit I wnated, and Hoover found it for me in Georgia. Two days later, I took delivery. Absolutely perfect transaction. It is a 2011 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. I'll be getting my next vehicle from Wilson County Motors.

My Review of Wilson County Motors:
I recently purchased a 2004 Toyota 4Runner from Wilson County Motors. Well, after 3 weeks of ownership the water pump went out. Wilson County Motors service department was very receptive of my issue and repaired the vehicle free of charge. I was impressed with how they handled the situation and how fast they repaired my vehicle. It is unusual to find a dealer or anyone who is willing to stand behind a 2004 model with 97,000 miles. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. Thanks.

My Review of Wilson County Motors:
I visited Wilson Co. Chevy Buick GMC for the purpose of purchasing a 2011 Chevy Camaro. I had already picked it out off of their website, it was within my preferred price range, color, etc. Bill Huber was the Sales Consultant who assisted me...he was very laid back, courteous and never pressured me. He was knowledgable about the vehicle. Very friendly. He's a great asset to the team.

I already had my financing in place thru my bank before I even arrived to buy the car. Laura Reasonover was very helpful in coordinating with my banker to finalize everything. She was friendly, smiling, and courteous.

A week after I made the purchase, I received a letter in the mail, and email from Mitchel Bone, General Manager/Partner. Very nice fellow from what I could tell from his correspondance.

My overall experience with this dealership was exceptional. They treated me as an individual, not just another sale. I highly recommend them and am telling all my friends, family and coworkers to check with them when ready to buy a new or used car.

We were so pleased with every step pf our process. Everyone there from our amazing sales lady, the finance lady ,up to the Manager made our visit AWESOME! We could not be happier with them or our new Chevy Cruze. We will definitely be back in a few years to purchase from them again. They were so kind and went way, way, way, out of the way to make sure we understood about the car. They listened to our concerns and addressed them head on. We were given time to think about all of our options and were never pressured. They educated us on the different features of each car we thought about. As we headed to the finish line, we had no doubts. We are still so pleased with our car.

My Review of Wilson County Motors:
Our experience at Wilson County Motors was always positive and was the best car dealership experience ever.
We were never pressured by the sales team. We were given ample time and space to examine the vehicle and weigh our options. We were given the best price right from the start and they even honored a discount quoted but, that in the end, we were not eligible for!
When we became pressed for time (through no fault of the dealership), Joe and Laura worked with us to speed up the financing process and get us away quickly with our brand-new, fully washed vehicle.
Joe followed up with us to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and to ensure us we could count on everyone at the dealership should we have need of them.
We appreciate all that was done for us and look forward to returning to Wilson County Motors!

My Review of Wilson County Motors:
I stopped by without an appointment in hopes of a quick oil change. A lady named Kelly greeted me and worked my vehicle into the schedule. within 35 minutes I was in and out. I also got educated on what I need to do to keep my warranty in good standings with Chevrolet. I highly recommend using these guys and will continue doing business with their company.

I was very impressed with not only the service I recieved at your dealership, but the reception I recieved from Ms. Trackwell. It was was impeccable. I had no appointment but she saw that my needs were met and I felt sincerely appreciated as a new customer. My last service was with Jim Reed in Nashville and not only did I feel that I was an "imposition" , but they did poor work as well which caused me to waste a day . I definatly would recommend your business to my friends and I will be back as well. Keep hiring service writers such as Ms. Trackwell and you should never get a negative remark as to customer service. Thank you and I wish you continued success at your dealership.
