My Review of Wilson Kia:
I had to return car twice, for problems that occured after I brought my car in. I took my car in for a recall , the service manager asked me did want o get my tires rotated because it was time, I agreed. When my car was returned to me the check engine like stayed on which it has never done before, I returned it immediately and that problem was fixed, the technician said he forgot to hook something back up. I noticed my wheel was vibrating I took the car back the next Saturday because I work through the week, I was told I needed my tires balanced, but I did not have this problem before they rotated my tires, the service manager said that would be another 40.00, I was visibly upset, he said he wasn't trying to beat me(rip off). I told him to just balance the front two. About an hour later he called me to the garage and told me that the guy who rotated my tires did not rotate the front two initially. And that was their fault, and that they balanced all four tires free of charge. My thing is I know my car and I know that the service they had done a week earlier was not satisfatory, and he kept disputing my claim. In reality they really didn't do anything but put my tires back like they were, because I have two tires that have been plugged and they are in the same place they were in before I ever brought the car to your service department. I hope I never have to return to your service department.
