My Review of Wilsonville Chevrolet:
Purchased a New Suburban in '04 and have had it serviced exclusively at the dealership. With the exception of the woman that you have to talk to when paying for service, Very friendly people in every department. I did allot of research into princing and features of the vehicle. Even talked to other Chev. dealers who had to hunt down the same vehicle (This really exposed me to some very bad dealers in the Portland area). Wils.Chev. gave me the best deal available (better than Costo, Credit Union, and Coprprate Partner discounts) and hunted down the vehicle I wanted at another dealer. <br><br>Service Department does a great job of getting my vehicle back to me the same day and issues are resolved. Also takes the time to explain the issue/problem (very honest). My impression is that hey don't stock allot of parts. Sometimes had to take vehicle back for the repair which is inconvienent. <br><br>Service also suggests (pushes) repair work that may not need to be done. &quot;It's a good idea to...&quot; and &quot;We recommend replacing...&quot; are phrases that you'll here often when picking up your vehicle. This gets a little old. The latest one was a brake system flush on a 1yr old vehicle with 16K miles on it...but they just happened to be running a special on flushes for only $99. Whatever. <br><br><br>
