My Review of Winner Lincoln Mercury:
Service person says he will call back for status but does not. Try to call their service dept several times to find out if my car is done and find out what has been done to it but the person responsible is either either out for lunch or &quot;Busy&quot; and cannot be on the phone.<br><br>Receptionist just says, &quot;your car is done sir&quot;. No explantion on what was done, nobody qualified was there to answer my questions.<br><br>
