Woburn Toyota's initial response to our interest in quoting a price for a new car over the internet was quick and priced to peak our interest. They were the most reasonable right from the start. Highly recommend them. Overall, very happy not to bicker or feel uncomfortable finagling over price while spending a day in the showroom!

If you go to Toyota Woburn ask for Robert Fahey. He was honest, and very fair. The process of buying a car was lovely and I now have a shiney new car!

My Review of Woburn Toyota Scion:
I purchased a new Plugin Prius through this dealership. The salesman, Robert Fahey was helpful every step of the way. For example he kept me up to date with the progress towards delivery of the car and included extras (floor mats) at no extra charge as compensation for the length of time it took to deal with the finance people, when my wife and I were clearly pressed for time. Robert is the epitome of professionalism. No high pressure tactics, just the facts and competent, friendly performance of his job.

A friend told me about him after he went to every dealer on north and south shore.

Robert Fahey gave him the best price and service.
He worked out some numbers with me over the phone. Told him what I wanted. He is fair - easy to work with.
No haggle he gives you his best price. Did all for me with a trade in and new purchase.
Picked out a great car!

Look, let's be honest here. Buying a car is maybe a once-every-decade experience, so it's impossible to be prepared to distill the onslaught of information that comes at you, even with the Internet providing "inside tips" and price comparisons. So to find a dealer who offered a good car at a good price and who didn't pressure me (I won't say the name of another local dealer who pulled the classic "what can we do to get you behind the wheel of this car" crap.) Bob and the team at Woburn Toyota made this as painless an exercise as possible, for which I am extremely grateful. I expect to see them again in a few years when our other car finally bites the dust. Only then my choice will be clear where to go...

I recently bought a new 2012 Prius from Woburn Toyota Scion. We planned it for at least six months. We have bought total 5 Toyota cars so far from many dealers around great Boston. Now days with the web to buy a car is much different than before. One online quote you will get overflowed e-mails. I like the Woburn style, simple and no gimmick. Some big dealers, like Boch, I bought one from them, sent none-sense e-mail everyday, but did not check its price for the same car. Today it is easily compare side-by side online. Thanks to Robert Fahey, frequently exchanged e-mail to me and got the job done precisely.

My Review of Woburn Toyota Scion:
I always bring my car to Woburn Toyota for service. The staff are helpful and friendly. Ramon Santiago always answers my questions and is very nice. He's been incredibly helpful. I used to get service done elsewhere but was unhappy with the results one too many times. This has NOT been the case at Woburn Toyota. I've been satisfied with the level of customer service and results every time. I would recommend service at this location and dealing with Ramon Santiago as your service rep.
