I have never been more statisfied with the complete process of purchasing my new car, a 2010 Toyota Matrix. The dealer, Robert Fahey,listened to what I wanted and made sure I was on board every step of the way. No high pressure antics like Boch Toyota, who literally heldd my keys captive for 3 hours before I could leave!

I will recommend Robert Fahey and Woburn Toyota to all my friends!

I want to thank Robert Fahey for the best car buying experience I have ever had.
No pressure, best price and best trade in value. I shopped at Boch And Ira, they were not even close. Not to mention, Boch takes your keys to keep you there for 4 plus hours. Trying to wear you down, going back and forth with the sales manager.
What a pleasurable experience buying my 2010 Toyota Tacoma From Woburn Toyota. Thanks Robert.

Mr FAHEY SPENT TIME WITH ME ANAWERING MY QUESTIONS. iI had a 2002 camry which I likes and was replacing .I was not happy with some of the changes . I could not make up my mind about a camry or avalon he did not pressure me he let me take my time I was very please with not being pressured.

My experience purchasing a new 2010 Prius was very positive. Robert Fahey was a pleasure to do business with.
A couple of years ago, Robert sold us our 4 Runner. When it came time for us to get a second car, we sought him out and went back to Woburn Toyota and Robert.
I would highly recommend both!!

I would recommend him by name to anyone I know who was in the market for a Toyota. (As of this date, I have not yet had any interaction with the service department.)

This is my second purchase at this dealership and Robert Fahey was an excellent guy to work with.
He did not act like a salesman but as an adviser.
He was extremely helpful.
I will always recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car.
The clunker program was a confusing deal and Robert helped us out a lot.

Robert Fahey was very professional, pleasant and helpful, he was not pushy and did try to meet my specifications and price. I'm very pleased with my new car and would highly recommend him as a facilitator to anyone. This was an experience like never before and would do business with him again!!!!! Overall GREAT!!
