No one answers phones for a half hour every time I call service. I have been a long time customer. I will never have my cars serviced there again. Be careful they tell every customer that you need a new cabin filter. They charge 40 dollars for a 5 dollar part that you can buy at their parts store and install very easily yourself in a few seconds. Take your car to a reputable car mechanic don't trust these thieves!!!! They have put 4 sets of tires on my car and the car has 75k miles on it. When they told me it needed new tires I had another company check the alignment I was told that it looked like the car had never been aligned. They charged an extra 75 dollars because they had to use a torch to free up the adjusters. I was promised new tires from Richard Allessi the service manager for free and then they lied and now won't replace them. Liars, thieves and rude are the only way to describe them. Dont be the next disappointed customer. Called Toyota in Texas to complain and got no where! I have bought 5 brand new Toyota vehicles over the last 17 years and will never buy another.
Update same day: within 5 minutes of submitting this review I received a call from the C.O.O. (Chief Operating Officer) Reidar Davies. I had spoke to him about my issue 3 hours earlier and he had not called me back. During those 3 hours he told me that he had not looked into any of my issues or looked up any service records. He was calling about the review I had just posted. Apparently although I wrote this review on October 12,2016 it will not get posted until October 26,2016. This is so the dealership can contact me to see if we can resolve any issues. Without looking into any of my complaints his decision was to not replace my tires and to go along with service manager Richard Allessi. It was obvious to me that his decision was based not on any investigation that he had done but the fact that I had posted a bad review online. Once again instead of investigating and maybe making it a learning experience to improve customer service he told me not to contact them anymore.
I have bought 5 cars from this dealership. The reason why I return is the service managers Rich and Mike are always willing to help at any time. The service reps such as John Russo take the time to explain every needed service.
