My Review of Woodbridge Dodge Inc:
Bought a brand new Neon in 1996--A year or so later there was a recall for an oil leak that effected several model years . My outside mechanic found the leak and told me that since I was under Warranty, that I should get it back there even though the repair was minor and he could easily have performed the work.

I had an extra "gold package" extended warranty (an expensive mistake in retrospect) so I thought this would be a breeze to get repaired--After bringing the car back 2 times--my mechanic checked it every time, the leak was still not fixed. The 3rd time I demanded a loaner car because it was getting ridiculous--and I had to fight w/ them because "they do not give loaners to people who buy their low end, economy cars" (Excuse me?) On the 4th return, --after I called Detroit headquarters, the BBB and Chrysler Financial asking them to intercede, they just gave me the loaner car because they knew I was ready to jump over the counter and strangle someone. In the meantime the miles were getting racked up and I was getting closer to being off warranty. On the 5th time, they seemed to get it done correctly (finally) ...at least for a while anyway. The car passed 50K miles, I went to my mechanic for an oil change and he said--nope ...leaking again and the condition of my driveway would back that up--so he fixed it. He said it was like a dollar part. Its such a shame because other then that, that little car has been very reliable, very quick and I still have it with 116,000 miles on it, traveling 287 every day. I would have purchased another one but I am really turned off to Dodge because they will sell you the car and then you are left twisting in the wind
