My wife and I purchased a car a couple months ago from Terris. I was a little nervous because this was our first luxury car. The entire visit from being introduced and shaking Mario's hand, to the final shake and sealing the deal...was one of the few positive experiences i've ever had with a dealership. They were willing to work with the price I had in mind and made sure I purchased a vehicle I was happy with. This was my first hybrid experience and Mario went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and understood every aspect of the decision I was making. Anyone seeking a new hybrid should definitely go to Woodfield Lexus.

My experience at Woodfield Lexus was absolutely exceptional. I was a first time car buyer, and I am thrilled I purchased my car through them. Although Volvos are not their focus at Woodfield Lexus, Igor took the time to introduce me to the car and answer any questions I had. Moreover, if he did not have the answer, he found the answer for me. Igor was an exceptional listener, and was never pushy. In addition, Igor, as well as the gentleman in used car finance, were incredibly understanding and respectful of my monthly car budget. Although it took a great deal of time and effort on their part, they truly did whatever the could to work with me. Igor and his coworkers used a team selling approach, which engaged me as a buyer. (even the lady who helped me with financing and purchasing was super friendly!) To add, Igor and the individuals at Woodfield Lexus are professional, courteous, personable and ambitious. Finally, two days after I drove away with my car, I received a follow-up call from Igor thanking me for my business and checking in to make sure I was happy with my new automobile. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Igor and his team, to anyway looking to purchase a car.

Drove 180 miles for this experience and was not disappointed. Great price, staff, and service. Couldn't have gotten this price from any dealership in my area. My request for transfer of equipment from trade to purchased vehicle was handled perfectly. They even washed the mats I transferred!

I had a great experience with this dealership. I live in Michigan, have owned several Lexus vehicles and was about to give up on the "premium" Lexus brand based on past experiences with the dealers in my area. Woodfield made the purchase process smooth and painless. Terris was very professional throughout the process, responded to my emails quickly (even on his day off) and was very upfront about every aspect of my purchase.

I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would purchase from Woodfield again.

I was in earlier in the week to narrow down my search to a few vehicles, Terris was very patient and helpful. I returned later in the week with my husband to make a final decision and again Terris was great.

Very smooth transition, we choose to keep our 2001 RX300 for our daughter and trader in a 2000 VW Jetta. Everyone we encountered during the process was very patient, helpful and courteous.

I am very happy with my Previously Loved - Certified Used 2010 RX350.

I have purchased numerous cars from resnick group...was hoping to purchase one more! Never again!, The prices they gave me were ridiculous, I test drove a car and was not even able to drive it off the lot! Who would purchase a vehicle they only got to drive in the parking lot. So disappointed in the whole experience...and what a shame because their service department is great! And it is so close to my house. Looking for a dealer to give my business and loyalty to....don't know how they can turn down a costumer who has purchased 6 cars from them in the past.

My husband and I went to Woodfield Lexus to look at a new RX350. We were introduced to Tod Ericsson who showed us a 2013 RX350 and we took a spin. Although it was a nice vehicle, we found it too small for our needs. Tod did an amazing thing that most salesman never do! He actually talked to us and asked us questions about our lifestyle and hobbies etc... Tod was extremely pleasant and conversational, which made the whole event the least stressful car buying experience either one of us have ever had. We ended up purchasing a certified preowned GX460, that fit our needs and our budget perfectly! Not only was Tod very pleasant, every single person from Robert, the used car manager, to Caryn in finance were just fantastic. Our fear of buying preowned was nullified by the included 3 year / 100,000 mile warranty that covers everything but normal wear items. We also were given new car rates! After the financing was complete, Alex the accessory expert, took a great deal of time going over how to use all the interior accessories! WOW! Most dealerships could care less if you even know how to turn on the headlights to drive home once they have your money. We will be buying our next vehicle there too! I have never done a review like this but felt these Lexus representatives really deserved recognition. We had no affiliation with this dealer and had never been here before. The price was a fair price for our trade as well as the vehicle we bought. We have had our vehicle a week and went on a 800 mile round trip and enjoyed the entire ride! Very comfortable, quiet, smooth riding SUV. Thank you, Tod and Woodfiled Lexus!
