My Review of Woodfield Lexus:
Customer Service:

Greg the sales manager was attentive up to the point the sale was consummated. I purchased a certified used Lexus in August 2011 and am still waiting for my rear cargo cover, which was included in the sales photos for the vehicle, but was not available when I drove the vehicle home. I purchased the vehicle late at night and did not have a chance to inspect everything like I normally would. I called Greg the following week and he indicated he would send it to me ... I am still waiting. Maybe when I am long dead it will show up at my doorstep.
Given this is a Lexus dealership ... enough said.

Overall Experience:
The vehicle itself is in great shape .. the price was fair. The service is not what I would expect from a Lexus Dealership. I'd recommend Lexus of Naperville - its worth the drive.

i was truly impressed with the professionalism, service, and knowledge of our sales person, Marty, as well as the rest of the Woodfield Lexus team. We were shopping across other luxury brands, and Marty was the only sales rep who took the high road when talking about the other brands we were considering, and focused on the Lexus features and benefits, not the pitfalls of other brands. Great buying experience

My Review of Woodfield Lexus:
We bought our first Lexus, our 9th new car, in September, 2003. We had the best car buying experience in our 37 years of purchasing a new model with the color and options we wanted. Our Sales Consultant gave us the price he quoted and was able to provide us with exactly what we were looking for (2004 ES330) and made no attempt to sell us anything we didn’t want. We were impressed with the professionalism of their service department in 2007 when we had all the belts replaced at 100,000 miles. We live over 400 miles from this dealership, but the trip is worthwhile for major service or when buying a new vehicle. We had tried another, much closer dealership two months ago—BIG MISTAKE. After a very bad experience, we called Marty and got the white 2012 LS460L AWD we were looking for in one day at a better price. The buying experience, along with the very knowledgeable, friendly and professional demeanor of Marty and Terris made the long drive worthwhile to purchase our 10th new car.

Woodfield Lexus was very straightfoward, courteous, helpful, respectful, and professional. This was by far the best experience my wife and I have had when buying a 'new to us' certified pre-owned vehicle. Sales staff, finance dept, and sales delivery associate are top notch. Thank you for a very pleasant buying experience.

My Review of Woodfield Lexus:
Tonya assisted me the last two times i came in for service. she is professional, efficient and willing to help with anything you need. since i love my car i decided to extend the warranty and keep my car for an additional two years. Yasmin assisted me with the paperwork for the extension. she was a pleasure to work with. both of these young women are an asset to Woodfield Lexus and their customers. I have dealt with different service writers over the years i've owned a Lexus and found all of them to be professional, considerate and a great to work with. I especially appreciate how well they work within the scheduled time given to you for the work being done. If for any reason the work will take longer than expected, you are informed and offered a loaner. I wouldn't take my car anywhere but Woodfield Lexus.

My Review of Woodfield Lexus:
Great place to bring my car. Service dept is the absolute best in the country!! Keith is one hell of a guy, always ready to please. You need more guys like him. I give Keith and the entire Service Dept two BIG THUMBS Up. I also like the free food, although I would include jelly and jam along with the cream cheese for the bagels, and why not have a nice spread during the week instead of just the weekend? Other than that, keep up the great work.

We have been customers for over 10 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. From the beginning the dealer has been friendly, responsive, easy to work with, and all the employees are top-notch. We are made to feel like family. The service advisors are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The salesman we have worked with on purchasing both of our Lexus vehicles is one of the best. We get a great deal, great service, and a friendly smile every time we deal with Woodfield Lexus. You can't ask for more. We always take our care there for service, and will continue to do so, and continue to purchase our vehicles from there.
