My Review of Woodmen Nissan:
Woodmen Nissan In Colorado Springs Exemplifies 'Slimy Car Salesman', they do not practice ethical business standards and zero understanding of customer service!

Woodmen Nissan did not honor our vehicle warranty in several instances and everything was always an argument with their warranty manager as well as owner of the dealership. When I confronted the owner on the warranty manager calling my wife a liar on repairs that were not made and hastles on the extended warranty for our Nissan Armada he saw me enter the dealership and ducked out the back door and drove away to avoid the discussion. Additionally, the service manager questioned our maintenance of the vehicle because we use it as our family vehicle and it is not always the cleanest and I could not even believe he thought that was an appropriate conversation with a female customer who has 4 kids and spent $35K on a vehicle. When reported to Nissan North America, Inc. they did nothing to address the situation and behavior at the Woodmen dealership and have now lost a customer for life! The reality is they take advantage of female customers and accuse the customer of being liars when repairs are not made to vehicles and when a male comes to address concerns on an expensive automobile they run away and Nissan as an organization does not hold them accountable to deliver quality! My Review of Woodmen Nissan:
After posting this car for sale on craigslist.com and checking the 'NOT to be solicited for commercial interests', we were contacted by Eric Waas from South Colorado Springs Nissan from his personal e-mail account. Mr. Wass did not immediately identify himself as an employee of SCS Nissan and initially he asked if I was interested in trading. I replied that we may be, and asked what vehicle did he had. He then replied that he worked for SCS Nissan & we could choose from his entire pre-owned inventory.

While I was surprised to be solicited by a dealer, I humored him & asked what he could do on my vehicle. He stated he could purchase it 'unseen' for $14,775. We then checked the SCS Nissan website & found a vehicle similar to what we were looking for. We went to see Eric as SCS Nissan, test drove a vehicle, and then let them drive our Mustang to for possible trade in. Mr. Wass came back with a trade in value of 10,500-11,000 for our vehicle.

We obviously left immediately, this is very unethical and an improper business practice. Lying via e-mail to coerce people into wasting their time is unacceptable.

My Review of Woodmen Nissan:
Dishonest sales and blatantly incompetant service. I bought a used SUV from their Woodman Preowned store (now closed) and they pulled the 'jack up the price of the vehicle on the paperwork' tactic after we'd already negotiated a price for the truck and their offer for my trade. Unfortunately, it was too late by the time I realized what they'd done. And they swore I had to pay for the Automate clear coat as it was not negotiable. What a blatant untruth. To add insult to injury, I took the vehicle to get the rear main seal repaired per the purchase agreement and some new shocks put on, paid for by me since it was in the shop anyway. I got it home only to find the truck's spewing coolant from a cracked radiator which had not leaked before I brought it in and they claimed they had nothing to do with--awefully suspicious! The incompetence continued--the service guy only changed 2 shocks when they were supposed to change all 4 so I had to bring it back to get that done, at which time he tells me he accidently didn't charge me for the first 2 shocks and subsequently charges me for all 4, which I believe are of dubious quality, but I don't have proof yet. So I got raked over the coals for those repairs to the tune of a $1000 and the service team didn't even bother to flush out the coolant system after they installed the brand new radiator! Then, since I was forced to pay for the clear coat, I brought the truck in to get it done the second time and had to have them clean it because I didn't have time to do it myself. They evidently used some kind of leather cleaner that left black marks all over my upholstery!! And, unfortunately, because of the Automate apps, I have to deal with them for another year. But you don't, so watch yourself with this bunch!!! They'd have a tough time making it right with me and they're lucky I didn't give 'em the absolute lowest rating.
