We went there knowing what car we wanted to buy from the internet we pulled up and a very nice man came out and ask if he could help his name was Neil Minor we had a very easy time with him. Then the the Finace Manger came out and that was what made everything click he is by far the nices Finace Manger around with the ease of this sale was because of Scott Tyner.He SMILES and makes you Smile great person. I would never deal wit another car dealer again this is the only place for me.Thank you guys great job!

This is a long overdue post. I purchased a car from Woody Butts in November 2011 and the experience was wonderful. Alan came in on his day off to finish the paperwork and was wonderful to work with. I purchased a used vehicle from this Dealership on 05/07/12 without having anyone look at it. I totally trusted this Dealership. This was a real mistake because when I got back to my home town I found out the car had several unknown problems. One problem was noted and $500 was taken off for it, however I was guaranteed the vehicle was in excellent shape no leaks, serviced and ready to put a warranty on it if I desired to. I took the car to the shop Once I got back for one problem to my dismay, discovered $1780 of work. My mechanic informed me to call the Dealer and inform them of my findings. I called and got the run around at first then finally was told there was nothing they could do. I would like to warn any one purchasing a vehicle from here to take it to a certified mechanic or shop to have it checked out prior to purchasing it. Please do not trust in Mike Daughtry nor the Company to repair their vehicles 100% per Jim Tilton. He states they can not afford to have the vehicles in tip top shape. This is why they sell their cars at low prices. I now have a unexpected repair bill thanks to me trusting in a Dealer's word and not doing my homework. Thank you and God bless.

I was searching for a used truck to replace my 24 yr old truck, and while using Auto Trader website, several trucks at Woody Butts Chevrolet came up. Terry was quick to respond, and made it worth my time to drive the 130 miles and trade with them. They had the best prices around and gave me what I required on my trade-in. Terry was very courteous, friendly, and had my transaction done in an hour or so. I have already recommended Woody Butts Chevy to friends, and would trade with them again.

I was looking for a good used truck and went to Autotrader and discovered Woody Butts Chevy online. Looked a lot of places but their prices couldn't be beat. Found the truck I was looking for, great price and low mileage. Everyone was terrific at dealership, but Allen Heath was great to work with. Very professional, friendly, and went out of his way to speed process for purchase. Less than 3 hours later, I was driving off lot with truck. The next time I need a vehicle, I know where I'll be going!!

Well, we had been looking for a car, but had not been happy with the quality of service at any of the dealerships, so we decided to shop online some to see where else to go. We saw a car we liked and inquired about it, a response was sent, and a picture of the person helping us. Well, he looked so friendly in the Picture, and his picture doesn't do him justice. He is very friendly, down to earth, patient, and just an amazing guy. We didn't have any complaints about him... The process was so smooth, til it was almost like a dream! And we have an excellent car! I don't know about the other salespersons at Woody Butts, but Terry is the one to see! Thanks Terry!!!

We had been looking for a truck for weeks and went to several dealerships and were completely BURNED out by the high pressure etc! My husband said he didn't want to step foot on another dealership again. We found a truck on Craigs list and my husband called the number and it was Woody Butts Chevrolet. We went to see the truck and pulled in at a small, country feel dealership. We had the BEST service and experience, with NO high pressure, which was a breath of fresh air!!! We bought the truck and drove it home that night! It's so nice to know that there are still down home dealerships out there that will treat you right!
