My Review of Woody Pontiac:
I am not sure if I would recommend this dealership or not.

I went in with a huge list of problems I was having with my 2004 GTO, which was covered under warranty. The list of problems was as follows.

1. Parking Brake cable was broken (parking brake didnt stay engaged)
2. Trunk would not open unless I pushed the button 5-6 times
3. My rotors were warped (when I braked the car would shake)
4. A clunking noise was coming from my rear end
5. The transmission had all sorts of problems. When it is cold I could not get the car into each gear without minor grinding of the gears. 2nd gear was very notchy feeling and would pop out (very rarely)
6. My cruise control only worked about 50% of the time
7. There was a loud squeaking noise coming from somewhere in the interior of my car

They only fixed about half of the problems. They machined my rotors, adjusted my trunk latch, and ordered a new parking brake cable (which still hasnt been installed because it is supposed to take 4-5 buisness days).

They let me go on a drive with a tech for the rear end noise. The tech acknowledged the noise, but said it was completely normal even though the previous 25,000 miles I had on the car never produced a single noise from the rear end. Their solution...check the fluid in the rear end, which would clearly not be the thing causing rear end noises.

They also claimed that there was no grinding of the transmission when it was cold and that the cruise control worked perfectly.

When I initially brought up the issue of the interior making noise Jerry said that it was unlikely that they would find where it was coming from. This is 1st of all not an answer I wanted to hear. If there is a problem, it should be fixed. Second, when I took the car there was nothing about the interior even having a problem. I am assuming that they just ignored that I had even mentioned it.

I did receive a decent loaner car with under 300 miles on the odometer (2007 grand prix), but they told me they needed the car back within 30 minutes. This was while I was at work at 10:30am on a Thursday. I told them I could not because I was at work. He said he absolutely needed the loaner to give to another customer before the afternoon. He then sent someone over to my place of work with my car, I had to go to the parking lot during work and exchange cars.
