My Review of World Jeep Chrysler:
Joe Wajda was a pleasure. The usual agonizing haggling that I can't stand did not occur. Why? As a well researched consumer on both ends, both my trade-in and my new car, his first offer was fair and balanced. Overall it beat my offer at Buhler in Hazlet by 5000.00 dollars! My business partner once said, the best deal is not the one where one side destroys the other, but rather the fair deal where both parties are satisfied. I told Joe I will be back in four years to buy my son's Jeep. He smiled and said I'll see you when you service your daughter's car.

Ann Molowitz was a nice relief from the usual salesperson. She is personable, knew her product, and a pleasure to talk too. Not to mention very funny.

Overall a nice experience.

I was looking for a used Commander. I located one at World Jeep. Told Alan i did not want any pressure, and he kept his word. 1 week later I drove out with the Commander. When I first met Alan, I was checking out the Commander in the Parking Lot, and he came out. He just said "Hello", then I just asked what the price was. He told me and I asked for his card. After getting home, i check out the Commander online and found it different price online then posted on the window. When i came back, I told Allan that I just wanted to test drive it, and thats it. 2 Days later I was in there signing over my truck to him, and signing the papers for the Commander. HE DID NOT PUT ANY PRESSURE ON ME. He made me feel like FAMILY. Thanks again Allan.....

My Review of World Jeep Chrysler:
It has been more than a month since I purchased a car from this dealership, and I have been asking them for a 2nd set of keys for the car with no luck of getting it. I called Chris Ryan twice leaving him a message and no return of my call than I stated that in my review and the General manage Joe left me a message at ratemydealer. com apologizing and he said someone will call me tomorrow that was 1/29/2012 today is Feb 6th 2012 and no one has called me yet. This is not a good reputation for this dealership. I thought this dealership is one of the best but now I don't think so. Thank god that I have not refer any of my friend to this dealership. Its unbelievable how they only care about selling the car .

I ordered the remote and the key, took it to a Chevy dealer to program it... I put a request to JT the manager at the dealership with all the receipts and asked him to reimburse me for the cost. Within 2 days I got a check for the total amount. This proves to me that this dealership and especially JT cares about his customers.
I am very happy and satisfy with the way JT handle my request . Thanks JT

Bill was understanding and clearly explained what my Jeep needed. Bill made feel like I was working with a friend. I have been around many service related situations but felt this was a very good experience. Bill appeared truly interested in not only taking in my Jeep, but also personal enough to be concerned with me as a person not just another customer.

My Review of World Jeep Chrysler:
Salesperson Keith Dickerson, conducts himself in a very professional manner, courtesy, and communitive. He is also very well versed in the Jeep line of products, has all of the technical inforamtion pertaining to the products; more so then the avaergae salesperson that I have encountered. Having brough, and or participated in the purchase of approximately 10 new vehicles (9 of which were Jeeps) in the past 10 years I found Keith very impressive in all areas of the purchasing process. The Business Manager Jean Gilbert was also, polite, professional and patient with our decisin making process on the additional products during the purchase.

My Review of World Jeep Chrysler:
I brought my 2004 Grand Cherokee in for 120,000 mile service. I usually don't bring it to the dealer for service, except for the extensive routine maintenance intervals (60,000 or 120,000, etc.) This was my first time dealing with World Jeep. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly Chris and everyone else was throughout the process. I usually expect a fair amount of apathy if not flat out pressure and intimidation whenever I'm dealing with a car, whether buying or servicing. There was none of that at World Jeep. They performed all the required service in one day. I just wish I knew beforehand they had a shuttle service and loaner cars. It was expensive as expected (>$2000). However, my Jeep does drive smoother now. I would not hesitate to bring my car there again for service. Although the real test will be how much longer my Grand Cherokee will last. Hopefully a couple more years...
