My family had a wonderful experience at World Toyota. All the salesmen we dealt with were very kind. Roy Samuel went out of his way to help us. Jorome was great with helping us with the paperwork. Andy Lee seemed very sincere in welcoming us to the Toyota family. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I am so pleased with our purchase. Thank you World Toyota for making our car purchase a very pleasant one.

My Review of World Toyota:
I went to many other dealerships and dealt with many other salesman and felt so wary of them all. Then I met Roy and instantly knew he was genuine and someone I could do business with. There were no twists or turns, just simple honest truth. Unlike other salesman who just wants you to buy and be rid of you, Roy took his time explaining and did not rush us to buy a car. Best sales consultant so far!

I always can trust Map to help me understand what my car needs and take care of me. This is important since I don't know very much about cars other than driving them. I have brought my car to World Toyota since I bought it 5 years ago and have been very happy with them.

I don't like to say this often, but I recieved the best service ever in my whole life with Roy Samuel, a salesman of World Toyota. As a customer, I feel that we are entitled to good services. But Roy really made a strong effort and really made me feel great about each process of buying a car with him. He made me feel like that he was selling a car to his own family. He really made sure that I got a good deal and that everything was to my advantage. It is not just about working hard, or giving accurate information, but he really went out of his way to make sure that you enjoy the whole process as well.

I definitely recommand anyone to go see him if you are planning to buy a car.

My Review of World Toyota:
My husband and I have always ask for Brian to handle our Toyota vehicles for at least the past 6 years. Brian is always a good listener and makes sure we are taken care of like we're special. We're very comfortable with his opinion when we ask for it and never makes us feel like we've been forgotten when waiting on our SUV's. The service area is always clean. I don't think I've passed any employee without them taking the time to say hello and asking "Are you being taken care of". My most recent visit was in the morning. We were taking advantage of your lube and oll change special and my daughter and I haven't had breakfast yet. I asked Nathan if there was some place close by to get breakfast while we wait. He promptly named a few places and said I'll take you any where you want to go and pick you up. So off to Waffle House we went. I called Brian when we were ready to return and Nathan picked us up. After a short wait, Brian told us the Sequoia was ready to go and that everything looked great. We promptly paid our bill and Brian had our SUV waiting just outside and ready to go. This is not an unusual visit, infact, it's a typical visit. That's why we enjoys our World Toyota.

AS ALWAYS PHIL WAS A HUGE GELP. I CAME IN FOR A BRAKE SERVICE JOB ON MY 2005 TOYOTA CAMRY AND PHIL HANDLED IT VERY WELL. BECAUSE OF HIS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ME, THAT IS PART OF THE REASON WHY I WILL ALWAYS BRING MY CAR IN TO WORLD TOYOTA. NOW THE PRICE OF THE BRAKE JOB FOR MY SERVICE WAS COSTLY, CONSIDERING I'M A LONG TIME CUSTOMER SINCE 1998, BUT SINCE IT WAS DONE WITH TOYOTA CERTIFIED TECHS WITH GENIUNE TOYOTA PARTS I CAN UNDERSTAND. SO PLEASE CONTINUE WITH THE GOOD WORK AND I WILL REMAIN A LONGTIME CUSTOMER.

My Review of World Toyota:
I arrived at the dealership with no appointment, and was greeted by the service representative who was extremely courteous and friendly. He got my vehicle registered for service in a matter of moments and told me he'd arrange for me to be driven to my office. I waited in a comfortable waiting area where I had access to free (and pretty good) coffee, and free wireless internet service. I was delivered to my office door, and I got a call that my car was ready even before it was promised to me. I was picked up and brought right back to the dealership where Terry was waiting for me with my car - it was even washed and cleaned inside! What a nice surprise! Everyone was as nice and as helpful as could be, and I was 200%+++ satisfied.

Thanks so much to everyone at World Toyota, especially Terry.

Nathan was amazing, he even went to help me restart my car (which stalled 2 blocks before I reached the dealership) and went above and beyond excellent customer service.
Phillip was very friendly, helpful, kept me updated with the repairs in a very timely manner.
The overall staff showed me the great customer service, professionalism, and great work. I will only use the services of this Toyota dealership to service my 2 toyotas and in the future to purchase a vehicle, even though it is a longer distance than other places.
