My Review of Yark Automotive Group:
We bought our first used vehicle there. We bought a '99 Dodge Grand Caravan. We bought this kind of vehicle because we have four kids and we are on a very tight budget. The salesman assured us this was a great vehicle and that there were no mechanical problems. He also said that they had just changed the oil, charged the A/C and that the tires were fairly new. All of those statements were untrue. In fact, if they did change the oil, they put in a safety plug because the other plug for the oil pan was stripped, so we have to replace the oil pan, which is very costly. When I spoke to the service people about it they assured me that they would never sell us a van in that condition and that we are mistaken. The salesman was nice during the sale, but obviously made a sale knowing that he was selling us a lemon. The financing people were also very snobby and impolite, making the process uncomfortable and lengthy. We were sure to let them know we would tell our families not to buy their vehicles there ever again.

My Review of Yark Automotive Group:
I purchased a Porsche Cayenne in November of 2003. By Christmas, problems began with the vehicle that the dealership either wouldn't or couldn't fix. The vehicle was in for service 4 times for the same engine noise before the finally gave up and replaced the engine in the summer of 2004. In addition to those issues, I had numerous electrical problems with the vehicle as well. First the radio/CD player wasn't funtioning properly then one of the switches for the right rear window wouldn't open. Shortly after that, the battery would drain for no reason or atleast no reason that the service people at Yark could find. After that, we were sent a bill for almost a thousand dollars for storage because we had left the vehicle at their facility, fully expecting the vehicle to not be fixed properly again. Finally, when we did go pick the vehicle up I needed a jump start to get the vehicle started, which they begrudgingly assisted with. When we finally got he vehicle back home and washed, we then realized that the vehicle had suffered some scratches and scrapes since we saw it last which we can only image occured whilst sitting at their facility in a very tight parking pattern in the back of the lot. All of this after spending around $70,000 for a vehicle. My experience can definately be described as regrettable.
