This was the best truck buying experience I have ever had. Jim was very professional and low stress. It was a no pressure environment and everyone treated me very fairly. I highly recommended this dealership to my boss and coworkers. The prices where downright incredible. 5 stars Keep up the good work..

There is nothing inherently wrong w/ York Ford, its just that there is nothing worth recommending or praising. Did we have a bad experience? Yes, was it ultimately fixed, yes. Were we inconvenienced, yes.

Jim was eventually able to make things right, and I sincerely appreciate his efforts. However, I believe that the whole dealership's communication structure is somehow flawed.

I first contacted York Ford and spoke to Jim about the car. That evening, we went to see it, and Allen showed it to us. That weekend, Jim was nice enough to let us do an extended test drive away from that place, where we ultimately decided to purchase the car. The sales manager drove a hard bargain, but we ultimately came to an agreement.

They were extremely hesitant to get anything that THEY owed/promised on paper. Once the deal was struck and the money changed hands, we were very much de-prioritized and I felt like I had to badger and make multiple visits to get anything accomplished.

Cheryl seemed overly pushy with the aftermarket warranties, but I guess that's what she has to do.

We did the final pick up with Allen who did take note of the missing items and was a good instructor on the Sync system.

Again, Jim did in the end make things good (He personally delivered a promised items to our house, along with a cold adult beverage), but the whole process left us negative on York Ford in general.

Overall, I would not recommend York Ford to anyone. I don't plan to have my car serviced there (even for the free first oil change).

I hope that our experience is not typical, however, I believe based on my dealings with the staff that it is all too often the case.

I needed car, because my toyota had run its cour se the engine went york was the 1st car dealer we hit..... Jim Fauci greeted us at once and was so helpful. He was so patient and listened to our need . My husband has been battling cancer this year so he didn,t really want to go all over the place. Jim showed us a ford focus, and we liked it! I never expected my husband to go for a new car, i thought we would get a used one....but ecause of jims expertise in cars and knowledge we went for the new car ,which I am now leasing thanks to jim..... I was so happy with the car and could not wait to get it. York ford is a terrific dealer, and has great people working for them as i know i also have worked in retail r over 25 years and customer service is everything!!!!!!! We actually went into the dealership to test drive a Ford, not necessarily to buy that day. However, we found the salespeople to be very accomodating and not pushy at all. They answered our questions, were friendly, and gave us time to make a decision. We bought our first new car that day. (We are retired.) This was a positive experience.

I had a very good experience buying my truck at York Ford. Jim Fauci is a knowledgeable , no pressure salesman. He is very easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns. Cheryl helped me figure out an affordable extended warranty. Christine quickly resolved the one issue I had with my 2010 f150. I would certainly recommend York Ford to anyone

This is my third car I have purchased from York Ford in Saugus. I have always been most pleased with their service. I was incredibly pleased with the friendless and comfortable sales service I received from Jim Fauci. Besides taking care of all my needs, Jim was refreshing break from what most consider the stereotypical car salesman. He offered assistance when needed and made the experience more like dealing with a friend than a car salesman. I highly recommend seeing Jim Fauci at York Ford in Saugus for any car needs.

I went to 3 other dealers with very unsatisfactory results. It was painless dealing with Jim Fauci and he is the reason I chose to buy from York Ford. I was going to buy a Nissan maxima until I had to deal with the lazy arrogance of the sales person at Nissan on rte 1. Jim is a great person and a very good salesperson. I will gladly recommend anyone to go down to buy a car for him.

Bought my wife's ford edge from vinny back in may, we were told the vehicle would be cleaned and gone through prior to when we picked it up. I figured all "business" was taken care of so my wife went to pick it up on her own she called me several hours later in tears because despite receiving a phone call from vinny saying car would be ready she sat there for 2 hours waiting and when she finally was handed keys she loaded my 8 month old daughter into car and was disgusted to find that not only had the car not been cleaned but it smelled like someone had sat in it with the windows up and smoked several cigarettes mind you it didn't smell this way when we test drove it two days prior! I took vehicle back the next morning to get issues taken care of and had to fight to get issues resolved. I wanted vehicle cleaned like I was told when we signed the purchase agreement and was told that the sales manager said that I had to realize it was a used vehicle eventually after many back and forth trips and yelling and demanding I got the vehicle to a satisfactory level, fast forward 10 months and I was in market for a vehicle and despite my wife's advice I went back to York ford and once again tried to deal with vinny Gordon who at first was somewhat helpful and got me keys to a vehicle that I was interested in and that's when his assistance stopped I sat in the dealership for 2.5 hours waiting for him to at the very least let me know he was busy and would send someone else over to help me he couldn't be bothered! I left and two days later had an amazing transaction at quirk ford in Quincy! I will never go back to York and will make it a point to let everyone know not to go there!
