My Review of Yorktown Mitsubishi:
I went to this dealership to purchase a car. I found the car i wanted and put a down payment on it. The next day i went back with my husband and they couldnt find the car. They had sold it. So we settled for something else, but a problem occured with that one too. When i wanted to get my money back all they did was give me a song and a dance about the whole thing. the sales people and finance manager are very rude and not very helpful. so i went to another dealership and got the car i wanted at the price i wanted<br>

My Review of Yorktown Mitsubishi:
Car was purchased at Yorktown Mitsubishi, NY inlate November and picked up the following evening. Since it was dark out already, there was a quick inspection. Several months later we noticed a very small piece of molding (worth $50) was missing near rear tire. When the service dept. was asked to replace the piece, I was told I must have been in an accident for it to come off. I explained that there was never an accident nor any scratches or marks in the area indicating any damage to cause piece to come off. They rudely explained to me that it was held in by 2 screws underneath and a rock must have pulled it off. After hearing such a rediculous statement I asked the man how a rock could possibly have pulled the piece held in strongly by 2 bolts off without my knowing and he reponded that there is no scientific reasoning he can give me. The man was rude and treated me as if I was an ignorant woman. He exclaims that the car did not leave his shop without the piece. I understand it was a simple mistake and an easy piece to miss because it was so small. If Mitsubishi really cared about their customers, they would pay the $50 for their obvious error and fix the truck. I will continue the fight with them until it is fixed and would not recommend them to anyone else. Their policies are not geered to make their customers happy. Instead they try and lie any way they can to save themselves $50
