My Review of Youngblood Nissan Chrysler Kia:
I HAVE PURCHASED ABOUT 20 VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALER AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THEY HAVE ALWAYS TREATED EXCELLENT WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLES AND WHEN I NEEDED SERVICE. I HAVE SEEN THIS DEALERSHIP CHANGE OVER THE PAST 13 YEARS. IN THE PAST THEY HAVE HAD SOME ISSUES WITH EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT, BUT WITH IN THE PAST YEAR THEY HAVE HAD A MAJOR TURN AROUND, NEW EMPLOYEES AND SOME NEW MANAGEMENT.

My Review of Youngblood Nissan Chrysler Kia:
I purchased a 2002 Kia Sportage in 2002, drove it off the lot. In the last four and a half years I have had it in for service on over a dozen major problems, including: fuel leak, that took over a year to find and fix, my son and I inhaled gas fumes in the meantime; took it to an independent mechanic b/c the service dept. at Youngblood was so incompetent and condescending, for new brakes at 22,000 miles, there are 23,000 miles on those brakes and they are having problems; the clutch fan fell apart on the interstate; the sun visors broke off and John Youngblood refused to replace them b/c I had moved and didn't have the originals; currently the locks unlock by themselves, in park and drive, again, Youngblood will not repair; the 4wd will not engage and Youngblood will not repair---my vehicle is 4 1/2 years old w/45,000 miles, well within the five year/60,000 mile bumper to bumper warrenty. I've called Kia, I've spoken to every person and then some at Youngblood to no avail, Kia's are poorly made and the warrenty is a sales gimmick. Youngblood and his employees are difficult to work with, condescending and incompetent.

My Review of Youngblood Nissan Chrysler Kia:
We went in to look at used trucks. Prior to going in we looked up the prices online. When we went in and talked to the salesman he told us a price $4000 higher than what was online. We asked him twice what the price was. Then we told him what we saw online. He then pulled out his price sheet and said "oh, they must have just lowered them, you are right". They had been at that lower price for over a week on the internet. We left and will not return to that dealership!

My Review of Youngblood Nissan Chrysler Kia:
I purchased a vichile with GPS and not knowing much about it I asked the salesman Joe Rippe. He in turn pleaded stupidity and was not open to asking any other saleman who would be better informed than himself. So I let it go. The next question he found unable to answer was why there was no second key or fob. Thinking these were minor issuses I trusted him. After purchase I find out that I have to buy a disc for my Gps costing $150 dollars. Then for just a key alone I have to pay $100 dollars and an additional $300 dollars for the key fob. All of which Joe Rippee does seems to be aware of. In less than 3000 miles I have had my Pathfinder in their service department twice I sat ther for 9 hours waiting for them to cross the street and get me a new battery since the one they sold me was dead. Now they have had my vehile for 6 days because they sold me a bad radiator too. I spoke with BJ last night who told me there are no radiators within the entire USA. Please do not purchase anything for John Youngblood. The sales are not straight forward and the service department does not care about the customers time as denoted by their blank stares when asked why it is taking so long to fix a vehicle which should have been repaired in 2 days or less. <br>
