John Burke was our sales associate. No hassle, Short wait for trade-in offer and pricing. Brad and office folks were knowledgeable and efficient. Only suggestion is the receptionist/operator tone of voice needs some work--she comes across very loud, talks very fast, and difficult to understand. Thank you

They did an oil change and filter, rotated 4 tires, did a multi point inspection and free car wash. I can't say enough good things about them. They are always on time and go out of their way to make you comfortable . Like their commercial says (WHAT A PLACE). Jack Reynolds

"Great Experience!"

When we went shopping for a car I was dreading it. However, Harry at Youngblood Nissan completely changed my opinion! He made it easy! He helped us find the car that was right for us and didn't try to upsell us! He found us exactly what we wanted at the price we were looking for. We would definitely go back to him and would recommend him to anyone!

Greg did every thing within his power to help us buy our truck but when it came to the finance dept they were no help at all running six hard searches on my credit with the answer of no we can't finance you so with that said I found my own financing outside of youngblood because I wanted the truck and the fact that Greg was easy to work with I did infact buy said truck I am happy with the service Greg and Michelle gave to me but for the rest of my experience with youngblood I was not at all satisfied

"New car purchase"

I was impressed with Jack Duggar, not only as a salesman, but as a person. I was treated with respect, not pushed, and my questions were answered in a manner I could understand. I would recommend others to stop by the dealership to look at some great cars and ask for Jack to show them around. I have confidence that my friends would be treated in the same manner that I was and that they would be impressed with your product. The F&I manager was friendly, light-hearted and enjoyable; he has a great personality. That being said, I felt that he rushed through the process much too quickly, talked way too fast and did not explain what was going on. Had I not dealt with car leasing papers prior to this experience I would have been lost. I felt as though I needed to clear out of his office as he must have had other "irons in the fire" I do not mean to tear down this young man, as he is certainly a knowledgeable and capable man, it would be nice though to slow down and explain what is happening and make the buyer feel comfortable and appreciated.

Firstly, I was pleasantly please with a quick response to my initial email. My questions were answered. I liked that T. J. was so friendly and helpful. "Not high pressure". I feel I drove away with more options and a better deal than I had anticipated. This was not my first new car from Youngblood Nissan. I know your vehicles speak for themselves but it's your salesman that make or break the deal. I had a great experience overall.

We just purchased a "certified pre-owned" Nissan Altima and received excellent customer service, efficient processing & easy clear explanations which made our experience extremely enjoyable! "My Purchasing of the Altima 2.5 SV"

Had a great experience with Greg Boswell. We looked at vehicles that I was interested in, took a test drive where he answered all my questions about the Altima 2.5 S and SV. Very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. We decided on the Altima 2.5 SV. The whole process of purchasing this vehicle took minimum time and was all done very professionally. Never a hard sell, just the facts. Brad Giedon explained all the financial aspects of the deal. Very thorough and he explained everything where I could understand. A professional. David Lambert in the service department explained and set up my 30 day maintenance check on my new Altima. Explained in detail why we are doing this and what would be done to the vehicle. Great job. I would definitely recommend your dealership to whoever is looking for a new vehicle.
