This was a great dealer. My service tech, Craig Andrieo did a good job explaning everything. I was having trouble (and still am) with my USB. It worked fine for them. I have purchased a new cord, after trying 3 others. It works off and on. Disappointed that it was not replaced. Craig said he had to work hard to keep from charging me which I totally appreciated. However, the car has 10,000 miles on it so I would have been a little upset if I had been charged.
