Younger Nissan of Frederick

This is my second new car purchase with Frederick Nissan. I also use Frederick Nissan exclusively to service my vehicle. I have never had a bad experience with the staff here. I find everyone to be friendly, straight forward, helpful and vested in my being a satisfied customer. As for sales: Kyle worked hard to make a sale in all the right ways. No pushing and willing to spend as much time as it took to answer all my questions. He was truly a pleasure to work with. Finance Reps were also rock solid in making sure I a. got the numbers down to something I could live with and was happy with and b. made sure I understood what I was signing and what my maintenance package and options included. Incredibly pleasant car buying experience all around, both times I've been. As for Service: Marty and staff are also straight forward, easy to work with, accommodating and have my complete trust. If a service can wait, they let me know how long. Their drive up no appointment basic service option is terrific. I've never waited longer than an hour for an oil change and its a pleasant wait thanks to the comfy leather chairs, plasma tvs, plethora of magazines, cafe area and best of all - a sound-proof glass enclosed playroom for my daughter that is the dealership lounge. I am a repeat customer because of the great service I've received at Frederick Nissan. More

I walked in this dealership with the intention of "just looking." When I was introduced to Tommy, I was really impressed. He was compliant with all my requests. He knew a lot about the car and answered all my questions. He took his time with us. It was nice to do business with someone who was so professional, but yet easy to relate to. I also found that other members of the staff were friendly and accomdating. Jeff was great. I was emailing 3 dealerships all promising everything. One dealership ask me to come back during the President sales and we had to wait 15 minutes to talk to him. Then found out he promising everything. One dealership ask me to come back during the President sales and we had to wait 15 minutes to talk to him. Then found out he didn't even have the Altima that was fully loaded. Jeff not only had the car, he sent me the price and pictures of the car I wanted in the correct color. When we got there we was greeted and Jeff came out within 5 minutes of getting there. Because I was talking to Jeff through email, he had the car wash and ready to go for a demo by time we got there. After we decided that we want the car, Jeff had the car prep for final sales, while we did the paperwork. It took less then 2 hours to do all the paperwork and get the great financing deal. We walk out with a 2011 Nissan Altima, fully loaded in Navy Blue with 1.9% financing and no money down. It was one of the greatest experience I had in purchasing a car. More

I've been to Frederick Nissan on numerous occasions. In fact I live in Montgomery County but choose to come to Frederick because of the quality of service. However, my experience when I came on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, was not a good experience. If this had been my first time coming I would not come back. Fortunately, this wasn't. I've already spoken to a manager on that day to express my displeasuer. One thing that must improve is the shuttle service. It is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

The Customers' Lounge is an excellent place to wait while your car is being serviced. It is clean and cozy. Like the TVs also. All staff attending to me were excellent. Wonderful service as always. I took my 2009 370z there for 15,000 mile service when upon arrival I was greeted by Marty and to my surpise was able to remember the last time I was there. He answered all my service questions what was being done? what he recommends? how long will it take? and took his time with details descriping each one of those services. He also ensure me that it will be done by 4 pm (which it was!). I was able to drop my car off and get a ride back to work in just 10 minutes that made my life so much easier. When returning back to get my car at lunchtime 4 hrs before I needed my car which was great everything was ready to go. In and out in 5 minutes. WONDERFUL job by all the service staff!
