Biggest rip off ever I went to drive time a little less then two weeks ago and my car is in the shop for the third time. This time with a blown motor. I contacted the exte I went to drive time a little less then two weeks ago and my car is in the shop for the third time. This time with a blown motor. I contacted the extended warranty company and every time I have been on the phone with them I've been on hold no less then 30 minutes once I finally speak to someone I get the run around. So now I get to make my first car payment on a car I cannot drive and when I call drive time Customer service I get told I can bring my vehicle back but I will not receive my down payment back. So thank you drive time for the lemon. More
Simply awesome So I went in june and got a leased vehicle through Drivetime and they were awesome. Shortly after I got bumped up in hours at work and knew I wouldn't So I went in june and got a leased vehicle through Drivetime and they were awesome. Shortly after I got bumped up in hours at work and knew I wouldn't be able to stay within my miles. So I went back and they took the leased vehicle back and got me into a financed one,no problem. Everyone there is amazing! I would highly recommend them More
Excellent Ok so I went to get a vehicle the process was not hard. They worked with my down payment and I had no issues. I got the vehicle and there were some is Ok so I went to get a vehicle the process was not hard. They worked with my down payment and I had no issues. I got the vehicle and there were some issues that they couldn't take care of be it was a manufacturer issue. So I took the car back and within a hour I was in my new car in which I think is so much better and love it!!! More
it was well worth it. It was fast and was well worth going to drivetime. I would reckoned drive-in to everyone. loved it!!!!! I mean you can't get no better then Drive time, my dealer agent was Adam and he was so generous and understandable of my past situation.
