My Review of Zangara Dodge:
I bought my second car at Zangara Dodge...I will never buy a car from these MONSTERS again and I would NOT recommend it to my worse enemy...First, they make promises they don't intend to keep and they won't keep them unless you hassle them with constant phone calls and threaten to take legal action!!! They dragged their feet in paying me money they owed me, and probably would have not paid me if not for my persistance.

Also, I used my old car as a trade-in....they promised to pay it off completely as part of the deal, but a month later I get a bill stating that I still owe $14,000 on my old car and they are requesting that I make double payments with late fees. The Funding went through 1 week after I bought the car, yet they never bothered to pay off my Trade-in.....Of course, I called them and complained and they still dragged their feet but eventually resolved the issue. My Good Credit was jeapardize and they could care less...

If you think that's bad, there is more!!!...they registered my new car with the wrong address, so I had to re-register my car to correct their mistake.

But wait, there's even more....they don't return your calls...You have to leave 5 of 6 messages before you get a call back from someone blaming somebody else for their incompetence.

But if that wasn't enough, I was owed a refund on my old car's extended warranty and was told I had to deal with the dealership in CALIFORNIA since they sold me the car...After flying to california to resolve this issue, I find out that Zangara Dodge shoud've issued the refund themselves.....

Zangara Dodge is disgusting and they should be ashamed of their incompetence (and that's putting it nicely). DO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR FROM THEM!!

My Review of Zangara Dodge:
We went in today to have a warranty problem fixed, as we were told yesterday that the person who could fix this problem would be in today and it would be fixed within 15 minutes. We sat in the cold waiting room for 2 hours, when Ed (the service agent) came to get us. The problem couldn't be fixed because their internet wasn't functioning. We told Ed that we were going to wait, but he never told us that it couldn't be fixed today and to make an appointment for another day. We arrived home later, only to find out that they had caused another electrical problem. Needless to say we were not pleased. I wouldn't recommend this dealership if it were the last one on the planet! This dealership hires people who just don't care about the customer!

My Review of Zangara Dodge:
I visisted this dealership an account of a letter I recieved from them to &quot;buy back&quot; a car I bought 8 months ago from a different dealership. I spent three hours in their store and found almost right away the vehicle I wanted to buy. I must have sent the salesman in to the finacial guy (I never met) four times because he presented me with deals that were way over the top. I went in to have my care &quot;bought back&quot; that's what the letter said they wanted to do after all. Nobody even talked with me about that . They even said that because I had my care to trade -in it was hurting the chances of getting the car I wanted.<br>While the salesman was very friendly ,said he was on my side even, the rest of the exprience was extremely dissapointing. Needless to say, I left the store with my own car. What kind of business is this?<br><br>
