My Review Of Zeck Ford :

I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate Zeck Ford and specifically Jace Grabouski. We have purchased our last four cars at Zeck Ford, and the last three from Jace Grabouski. The level of professionalism, kindness and honesty we have experience with Zeck and specifically Jace keep us coming back time after time. The sales staff and professionals at Zeck always work hard to make our visits, car repairs and shopping pleasant and precise. They go above and beyond every day. What also keeps us coming back is the fact that when we shop or even just browse for cars there, we are acknowledged and greeted by the sales personnel, but not hounded by them. If we need anything they are immediately attentive. If we simply want to look at the cars while we get an oil change they let us relax and shop. I would also like to mention Emanuel who is a leader in the service dept. He knows us by name, and also goes above and beyond to take care of our car and keep us driving safely. I would and do recommend Zeck often to friends and acquaintances. This dealership has made us Ford owners for life.

Second time purchasing a vehicle from Zeck Ford. Both experiences were great, and we came away feeling like we paid a fair price. They gave us a little more for our trade-in than I expected. Nick Nava and Jace Grabouski were both pleasures to work with and they never make us feel pressured. Will definitely recommend Zeck to our friends!

Zeck's had many used Ford Edges to choose from; Steve Courter was very easy to work with; we received a very fair trade-in allowance; and, they delivered the Edge my wife picked out right to my office looking like showroom new. I see why their logo is a "Super Z"!

My Review Of Zeck Ford :

So I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago in regards to our F150 that we had bought used and the nightmare has not stopped since then. We went to take it off the lot and noticed a large issue that had occured somewhere between us bringing it back from a test drive and them handing us the keys (most likely the car wash).
The broken bug shield not only scraped and scratched everything from the fender to the grill it was now missing a 12" piece. After several hours of arguing with multiple different people it was finally agreed that they would fix it. They did fix the fender and the bug guard but "buffed" out the grill which left ugly bubbles and it certainly is not the way we signed for it. It took them a week to fix the issues that they said would be done in two days. They did give us a rental Focus which i wouldn't say is a replacement for the fact that we just bought a truck but we went along with it. We have now officially had our truck for a week back and everything is fixed.
Well, now we got the title and went to go title the truck and were told it was double what the dealership had told us. The dealership said it shouldn't be that much, but unfortunately we can't argue with the state of missouri. Twice I was told by individual's in the finance department that I was wrong and the dmv was wrong but that is only because they clearly dont know. You do not get to just not pay local taxes as they showed us on the computer while purchasing the car, that only happens if you dont live within the city limits.
Then we see that they had included a check with our title and come to find out financed us for the misquoted tax price even after we asked them not to. So now we are being taxed on that amount as well. I am clearly not happy with the service and "two-faced" talk that I get now that I have signed for the truck. If I wanted to be pushed around and talked down to I would have gone to a dealership that wasn't 45 minutes from home. Especially considering their "BLUE OVAL" satisfaction guarantee. I am not satisfied.

My Review Of Zeck Ford :

My boyfriend and I went out to Danny Zeck for an oil change on my 2009 Fusion. We live almost 45 minute away, but I had some points on my reward card from previous visits bringing us out to Leavenworth. We were waiting around while my car was being worked on and Jason was very helpful answering our questions as we were just "browsing" for a new truck as we had been for several months. We told Jason what our price range was and what we were looking for and our "requirements" list. Jason never tried to show us something out of our price range and found the perfect F150. Jason was extremely friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. It took some time as we had a mishap with my car and had certain "demands" for small things on the truck such as a broken plastic piece on the tail gate that we had to order, but overall this was an awesome experience and we will definitely go back when we are ready for our next car. We have to do some follow up for minor issues with the truck that were pre-existing and a little body damage but nothing that Zeck can't take care of! I have bought a car from another KC dealership and felt like i was pushed into something more than what I should have been paying for, but I loved the relaxed and laid back atmostphere of Zeck. Thank you Jason and everyone else that helped us get our amazing truck we always wanted!

My Review Of Zeck Ford :

In March 2013 I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKS after finding the car on CarGurus. Shortly after contacting the dealer I received an email from Jason Hartwell at Zeck and I set up an appointment to see the car. I had never done business with Zeck Ford before but I was very impressed with the low-pressure approach. In fact, over the years I had become so disenchanted with car dealers that the last several cars I've owned were purchased from individuals just so that I could avoid the hassles of haggling over price or to avoid wading into the "shark tank" of another car dealership. Jason and Zeck Ford were the complete polar opposites. The price was very fair and the car surpassed my expectations by miles. In fact, it was even nicer than the pictures showed on their website. While I was waiting for paperwork to be processed Jason even took my existing car back to the garage for a quick check of the tires before I headed back home in it. Since the Lincoln was a surprise gift to my wife on our upcoming anniversary in 2 weeks, Jason offered to set up an appointment to show the car and all its amazing options to her whenever she was ready. If you've ever been turned off at the thought of dealing with car salesmen, Jason and Zeck Ford will dispell those thoughts. They did a tremendous job.
