My Review of Zeiser Motors:
I bought my 2003 Dodge Caravan from Zeiser and had a fine experience. I then had to take it bake for repair on 4 different occasions. First was a manufacturer's recall, which was completed, while only suffering the loss of vehicle for 24 hours. Second was for several problems. They kept vehicle for 24 hours and was returned with nothing wrong. Problems persisted. Returned on third visit, was told that gas petal problem was routine which costs $120 to fix (owner's manual says nothing about this as a routine maintenance), tire bad from me "parking in a chemical such as acid" (tire has since been replaced - defective rubber), and steering gear box replaced. Problems persisted. Fourth visit, sway bar and bushings replaced. Problems persisted. Now with 39,000 miles (no more warranty), I take van to different mechanic. The toe in the alignment is the worse he's ever seen and is confident that the problem came from the assembly line (need more tires), also bearing is bad in alternator. Have had other maintenace department problems with other cars.
