My Review of Zimbrick Volkswagen of Madison:
Todd was great. The process of us buying our 2007 GTI was a long one. He kept in contact with us from the time that we first test drove the car, through our six months of saving and contemplating, and worked around our schedule so that we could order the car (in the afternoon on a Saturday) and really talk about the process. It seemed as though Todd was ALMOST as excited about the GTI's arrival as we were :).
This was our first experience in purchasing a new car, and Todd made it a great one. He took the time to listen to my concerns about financing and put me in contact with Shawn as soon as the car was ordered to make sure that I could get the best rates available. If my interactions with Zimbrick in the future are anywhere near what they were with Todd, we will be life long customers. Taking the time to make that connection with a younger couple (we're 26 and 27) is a great overall business strategy.
