What Others Say

HIGHLY Recommend NOT buying a used car at Newberg Ford. I bought a 2015 Subaru from them in December. Took it in to a Subaru dealership to get it inspected. There was an oil leak, long story short, the only way to fix it was to take the ENTIRE motor out, and the 2 rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced. That was a $5k + job. That took a month to get back. Drove it for 2 days and the Transmission went out. That was a $8,200 job. Spoke to the Sales manager once I found out about the leak, and got nothing but attitude from him. He just kept saying "Good thing you bought a warranty" and " I'm not sure what you want me to tell you to make you feel better". I responded with, "I'm not looking for you to make me feel better, this looks terrible on your part" I asked for a copy of the inspection report from when they took the car in on trade. There was an oil leak stated on the report, but NOT mentioned to me when I bought the car. One good thing, if you want to call it that, the finance guy INSISTED that I buy the warranty. Even after I turned it down several times. The price of the warranty somehow magically went from $6k, that was declined. Then offered to me for $2,000 or so. I have owned the car for 5 months, There has been $13,000 worth of repairs. (All covered by warranty luckily) Hopefully this is it for a while. I have made 3 car payments without even driving the car. Never got any sort of apology even. It seemed as though they don't even care that they sold me an absolute xxx. If I could give a -5* review, I would. Hopefully someone high up Newberg Ford sees this. If its happened to me, its probably happened to more people. In my opinion. STAY AWAY FROM NEWBERG FORD.

Kaleb at Newberg Ford was great to work with when my wife and I went in there to buy another Ford Escape. He has an excellent personality, and we loved working with him. I really enjoyed the entire team at Newberg Ford, including the service department, body shop, and sales department for sure. Brad and Dean are great to work with as well, they always take care of me. Cam

Very friendly staff, made the experiance easy and where willing to negotiate on price. Highly recommend!

We bought our truck online. Keith was the salesman that we dealt with and he was very easy to work with. We’re still waiting on the transport company to pick up and deliver our truck but holidays have to be worked around. Would I recommend Keith and Newberg Ford - yes!

This is my third car at Newberg Ford. Every time I’ve been here the sales, finance & service team has been amazing. Highly recommend using them. Go see my contact Kaleb Wallrich if you’re in need of a new or used vehicle!!!

Purchased a new truck from Kaleb. Very pleasant experience. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and not at all high pressure. I usually find buying a new vehicle an excruciatingly unpleasant experience. Not at all the case with Kaleb. I can highly recommend him.
