I have been using Westmont Lincoln car service, and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, Syeed Alfakhori (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) always goes above and beyond to ensure my car is in the best condition. He explains the necessary repairs in detail. The work is completed in a timely manner, efficiently, and the quality is outstanding. Syeed is very accommodating, and his excellent customer service makes this my go-to service location.

I part exchanged my Navigator to a newer Aviator. Travis was very easy to work with and followed up pertaining to questions and outstanding items. I would recommend for an easy experience. Just over one year on, I have to revise my rating - 5 star for the service department. 1 star for sales. At the time of purchase, I have on my original notes, the service contract covered bumper to bumper and tri-care on my car - this matched my trade in coverage. This morning, I found out that was not the case. I only have bumper to bumper and was mislead! Spoke to the sales manager on Friday (Nov 25) to explain the situation. No call back as of Wednesday evening. Marking to 1 star only! After numerous calls and messages left, I finally received a call back (Feb 26) - that's what the 1 star is for. Warning - Anything this bunch of bandits promises, make sure it is in writing only. Do not trust a word they say. Get them to detail every item in writing and to give you a copy of the same. Your note will mean nothing. Better still, buy elsewhere. Or buy a different make of car.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. We trusted their (Jack B.) word and provided a deposit to secure a car and all applicable rebates. We received notification they finally received our vehicle and that it was ready to pick up. My wife was so excited to pick up her new car and went to the dealership by herself to finish all paperwork and bring her new car home. Guess what, all the numbers changed and the $7,500 rebate was no longer available for this vehicle. No information was EVER provided that the rebates were slated to expire. We spoke with Jack several times over the next two weeks (while we waited for the car to be delivered) and he NEVER mentioned anything about the rebate or that it was to expire. Only communication was to let us know that the delay in receiving the vehicle was due to the weather and that the truck broke down. They provided a new proposal for the vehicle and that her payment would be close to the original quote, but this of course was not the case. After a while and thorough confusion as to how they are now arriving at the new values, she finally gave in and signed. Upon her arrival home, I was made of aware of the situation and was beyond disappointed as you can imagine. I went to the dealership the next day for an explanation and received a complete runaround while they tried to explain. In fact, Jack stated that he could not really show me how they arrive at the final value because it is only factored on his screen and unable to provide or print for the customer. So many red flags with this transaction and this dealership and we should have paid attention. The dealership is a dump and now it all makes sense. We only hope to help others with this review as it is now too late for us, STAY AWAY!!!! Go anywhere else and I mean anywhere!

Henry was very attentive and was great to work with in getting our new Lincoln. We called ahead and not only was the car we were interested in ready for a test drive but he also had a pricing sheet ready to review and work from. We went from test drive to purchase in hours, with very good deal in place. Very easy to work with and great customer service. One of the best car-buying experiences I can remember.

I've been searching for the right Lincoln Continental to meet my specs and finally found one at Ogden of Westmont. My online inquiry was handled by a salesperson, Henry. After briefly speaking, I could tell Henry shared the love for the Lincoln brand and had the expertise and commitment I love to find in an auto salesperson. The deal was closed with Henry's close personal attention to meeting my expectations and I purchased the car, sight unseen, from my home in Virginia. Thank you, Henry for taking such good care.
