I had an emergency last weekend when my escape fan was continuously blowing. I had plans to take my two children on a week long getaway and needed my car that following day. I called to see if it was even possible to get it checked out and Kelsey was so kind on the phone. They were able to get me in that day and by the next day the techs had it fixed. I know this isn’t the norm but it meant the world to be that they made it happen. I was so thankful and happy to be able to take my kids on our little vacation and know that we were safe driving my escape. Kelsey was so kind and helpful the whole process and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you!
