They were fast clean on time and considerate. The waiting room clean and comfortable while I waited for my service to be completed.

2018 Suburban was brought in for running rough approximately four months after a 90K tune up - dealer stated nothing wrong. Vehicle was brough to another shop that cleaned fuel injectors and replaced the recently changed spark plugs - vehicle now runs smoothly with better performance. Will not return to O'Neill's for service.

Jose kept me informed of the work that my car needed and the cost. When I picked up my car it was raining so Jose brought my car to the door so I wouldn't have to walk through the lot to get it in the rain! He provided excellent, kind customer service!

I like the staff they're always helpful and able to discuss whatever your issue is. The dealership is also nice to wait. Michelle and Jose are always really helpful.
