Fast, effective and easy to deal with unlike other dealerships I’ve been to. They were very willing to agree and settle on a reasonable price and paperwork and everything took less than 2 hours compared to other dealerships that have you there all day. Great customer service 10/10.

Called and spoke to Dillon about a truck listed on their website. He told me truck was at a different location and they couldn’t match price. Talked down their other location saying their add ons, ceramic coatings, etc were a lot higher priced to cover the extra discount. I asked him to send me pricing what he could sell me truck for he said he would. I even sent pictures of my trade. Never heard back from him and he wouldn’t respond back to me when I tried contacting him. I guess it was easier to ignore me than to justify higher prices than advertised. Dillon and dealership were a waste of time. I bought my truck from Mount Pleasant CDJR two days later. Totally different experience and I highly recommend them. If you do try and buy from this dealership be careful of the bait and switch tactics and don’t be surprised if they blow you off if you confront them on their false prices.

The only issue was on my part. Not being fully prepared and buying a truck spur of the moment. They knew what they were doing and guided me through the purchasing process with ease.

This was the fastest new truck deal that I’ve experienced, nice people and they did all they could to get me in the truck I wanted.
