My experience with them was horrible, although they have great and well-behaved sellers (I gave 1 star for that). I bought a car that they guaranteed on papers they had checked ✔️ with NO mechanical issues. However, the next day, the car had mechanical issues. They're willing to fix them for a little +$685.00. That's crazy. When you buy a car, you don't expect to spend ca$h on its mechanical issues that fast. I believe that car even under 60,000 miles will not last long. My next car buying will be at Carmax with whom I bought multiple cars before and who never failed me as their customer. That was my first and last experience with this place. This company management is not investing in its customers' after buying satisfaction. I wanted to give zero stars.
