I took my car in because of the ECM recall and decided to get an oil change and a tire rotation. When I picked up the vehicle, the service rep told me that the check engine light came on after the software update and the code P06DA appeared stating that there is an issue with the engine oil pressure control. I had taken my car in June of 2024 for service and had a significant amount of repairs done that totaled to over 4k. I believe that issue with the engine oil pressure is due to the service back in June of 2024, but the service rep disagreed and told me that there would be an additional fee to diagnose the issue. The service rep said that if there was an issue from the previous repairs the check engine light would have came on sooner, but he also said that the check engine light was also delayed due to the car needing a software update. My car has a little more than 44k miles and there should not have these major issues. I will never buy another Infiniti and will no longer take my vehicle to your dealership and will seek legal consultation.
They have a very qualified costumer service department, very helpful and knowledgeable. Well organized and friendly, I am very happy & thankful to do business with you guys .thank very much .
