What Others Say

I initially left a review because I was experiencing multiple issues with my tires and extremely poor customer service. I later received a call back as a result of that review, but unfortunately, the experience only confirmed my concerns. During my interactions, I was talked over, hung up on, and ultimately not serviced at all. The lack of professionalism and basic customer respect was unacceptable. Martin Romero is easily one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. Based on this experience, I highly recommend that you do not bring your car here. 0 out of 10 — do not recommend.

I appreciate the dealer (Mohammad Qais Zamani) I hope he gets the highest score please. He helped me very much and had very nice support please assure me he gets the highest rating. Thank you so much.

Poor Service and Lack of Accountability I brought my 2020 Honda Accord Sport to Pohanka Honda in April 2025 for a major service that included a water pump and drive belt replacement. The invoice incorrectly listed a timing belt replacement—something my car doesn’t even have—which immediately raised concerns about the accuracy of their service documentation. Within a month of the visit, my car began making a loud whining sound. By August, the issue worsened during a trip to Georgia. A certified Honda dealership in Union City diagnosed the problem as a failed drive belt tensioner, a part that should have been inspected—or at least flagged—during my April service. Their technicians confirmed the failure was not sudden and could have been caught. When I called Pohanka Honda to seek answers, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from a staff member who even hung up on my representative and gave incorrect information about my car’s components. Despite clear documentation, they refused to take responsibility or offer reimbursement—even though I was billed for parts unrelated to my car and ended up paying out of pocket for an avoidable repair. If you value transparency, honesty, and thorough service, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Trust matters when servicing your vehicle—and unfortunately, I no longer have that trust in this dealership.

A zero would be the correct rating. We chose a car and waited hours to complete the deal. The sales lady decided to help by taking our down payment I gave the sales person a check and credit card which she took to the back someplace. She returned and said the card did not work. I then gave her another card and this time she said it worked. Next day as is my routine, I checked my card statements and saw a $28.19 charge for Cava I called spoke with her about the charge she immediately said "I didn't do it". she was the only person who has had physical contact with my cards. Next day when I checked my card statements I saw 8 charges for Tiktok shopping when I reported this one to the card company card company rep said there are more charges not yet posted, Temu, Firehouse Sub and Hong Kong China. It appears the sales person copied my card information from both of my credit cards and used both of them to purchase items..I reported this theft to the police. I am so sure that these charges are from their sales person who works for Pohanka because she is the only person who had touched my cards and I have a wallet that is supposed to keep my cards safe from people who use a device to collect your information from your purse. My take way is; if you are thinking of buying a car from Pohanka Honda "DON'T. You will need to wait hours to complete the sale and you may be robbed. Show less

- [ ] I received a call saying my car was ready when I went to pick up my vehicle I had the displeasure of interacting with Ronda/Rhonda the cashier I believe her name was. She asked me my last name I told her and she did not see my ticket I then gave her my husband’s last name spelled it and all she didn’t see that either. I had to get out of line wait about 10 minutes for Jackie to come assist me. Then Jackie tells me my paperwork is with Ronda! I walk back over get in the line again for my paperwork to be in the drawer ready the entire time! I don’t appreciate that my time was waisted because someone failed to do the due diligence of their job properly! Every time I come to this location this same cashier gives me a hard time! Hopefully she receives proper training to not be a headache for the next customer.

Mr. Marcus was a true professional and helped me and every way i needed to service my vehicle.
