Bought a 2012 king ranch from premier in October 2017 they refused to give me any history on the truck .. Had to replace the crankshaft seal they put in it along with the fuel rail which found out after purchase truck been towed 7 times since purchase ... Stan grunnels told me in July after the truck quit that if I towed it from Florida to there shop he would trade me out of it ... Got it to him and he once again refuse to offer any help other than it was not his problem and he wasn't gonna touch the truck again .... Still owe 26 k on the truck had to buy another truck to travel for work now we are having to pay for both vehicles ... At this point the only help i want from them is to buy the lemon they sold me back or pay to have the engine repaured in it and I will continue to pay for it .... Just a lol help Stan wasn't asking for a full refund by any means . we have only put 22k miles on this truck .it had been towed 7 times ... In 10 months ....
I purchased a Mercury Cougar for my daughter in May 2010. She reported having trouble with it and we discovered that the car had been invovled in a recall. We call Ford motor Company and were referred to this dealer for assistance with the problem. The service department at the dealership were very accomdating and helpful even though the car had not been purchased through their dealership. It took Ford almost 2 months to provide the needed part and I was not pleased with that. However,the service manager, Mike Fittes was very persistent in checking on the part for me and keeping me informed as to what was being done to get the part here. When the part did arrive, Mr. Fittes promptly call me and I took the car in and it was repaired quickly and efficiently. So far that seems to have taken care of the problem but if it does not you can be assured I will use Preimer Ford service department and in the future recommend their service department to my friends. Thanks to Preimer Ford for the concern shown in assisting with my problem and a special thanks to Mike Fittes.
