I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Progressive Dodge Massillon, especially my service advisor Kane. From start to finish, he went completely above and beyond to help me and made a stressful situation so much easier. Kane treated me with honesty, respect, and professionalism the entire time, and you can genuinely tell he cares about his customers. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered every question I had, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. Progressive Dodge is lucky to have someone like Kane on their team. He is absolutely a VIP/GOAT service advisor and deserves serious recognition — honestly Employee of the Year material.
