Steven was great at listening and getting done exactly what I asked. I was kept informed and even received a diagram text of my good alignment rating. I have confidence in Toyota that the work was done right. I will ask for Steven in the future.

The last two times, Christopher Jackson has assisted me. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He explained everything so clearly and patiently and even gave me future car advice which I appreciated because I know nothing about cars. He is extremely professional and friendly. You can genuinely tell that he loves his job and is so great at it.
