Last weekend we purchased a new Volkswagen Atlas at Reydel Volkswagen of Freehold (not Edison, but they're new and don't have a review options). We worked with Mark and had a wonderful experience. He helped us understand the differences between different models (Tiguan and Atlas) and the various trim levels. When we left that afternoon, we were knowledgeable and very satisfied. We appreciate the no pressure style and Mark's ability to give us the tools to help us make a great decision! The rest of the team (finance and manager) were great too! Bad experience overall. The additional packages they sold are worthless and I could not use them when needed. We paid for champagne and got beer service. I wouldn't recommend them and suggest elsewhere for your lease or purchase.

I just bought a VW GLI from Reydel VW of Edison. I've bought several cars over the past 18 years (I counted 13 so far including what I bought for myself and front ended for my friends). I would say that I've had the best experience so far from Reydel. My initial interaction was with Moe. While most dealerships don't want to engage and negotiate with you over he phone (I hate spending 2+ hours at the dealership while the sales person shuttles between me and the manager to finalize the numbers), Moe was happy to work with me and finalize the numbers over phone. This made the process really smooth and convenient. He had the car tanked up, detailed and ready for me before I got there. A big shout out to Peter (the manager) as well, he is a gentle hulk of a guy. I was buying the car for my son and he put him right at ease, talking about his kids and what he did at college etc. A very pleasant and stress free experience. Overall fantastic experience including the time with John the finance guy who did not pressure us into buying what we did not want to. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Moe and Peter!! you guys are the best!!

I leased a 2024 Atlas SE with Technology package. The whole process was smooth and the salesperson Nirav Patel was very helpful with the leasing peocess. I am first time VW buyer and am very satisfied with my decision to join the VW family!
