Bought used Expedition. Halfway home (2+ hr away) xx engine lite came on. Once I got home other problems began...specifically turbo boost &/or cam phaser issue. I believe the dealership knew of these problems but concealed them. Will have to pay local mechanic to determine what the issue is. Bob B
Anthony Taylor went above and beyond to help me with my HR-V. As I was traveling to help my elderly parents, my dad fell and I drove from Shelby, NC while needing my Renaldo Honda to service my oil change. Dunn's Fast Lube people informed of the transmission cap and oil plug leak. Anthony and tech, Jacob, cleaned up transmission fluid discharged around the motor, replaced and capped properly. Now I can safely return to my husband and puppy in almost 4 hour drive home. Thank you, Anthony and Merry Christmas!
This is hands down the worst Honda dealership I have ever Had to deal with the sales manager is crook and service department is completely incompetent. If they order a part for you and they tell you they will call you when comes in. They won't. You'll have to call them and schedule the service after being transferred around and placed on hold waiting for the service manager. Then he with the excuse that it's the phone system will TALK OVER YOU if you are upset with the treatment you've received. AVOID this dealership if at all possible.
Sanford Honda advertised a 2022 Toyota Highlander as having 7331 miles and also the Navigation system which is a factory add-on that lists for and additional $1040 for the new car purchaser. When I went to the dealer to see the car, it had 9665 miles on the odometer and did not have the navigation system as they had advertised. In addition, the warranty sticker on the window indicated the car was being sold, "AS IS" with no warranty. When I questioned her as to why the car was sold "AS IS", and if the car had the remainder of the original factory warranty, she stated the F&I person at Sanford Honda would discuss warranties when we got to that part of the "deal". The only explanation that Susan, the salesperson gave was, "one of the employees has been using the car" and regarding the fact that it didn't have the advertised "navigation system", stated it was a dealer "add on", when in fact, it is a factory add-on. When I told her I was not interested in the car because of those 2 issues, she then asked if I was interested in a new CRV or Honda Pilot.
I would give zero stars if possible. This dealership is a fraud. They took the deposit of $500 for a car and never delivered and it is almost more than 8 weeks and I never got my deposit back even after multiple phone calls. Finally, I have to initiate a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Malcolm Kendzia is such a pleasant talker but a terrible liar. Beware of this dealership before making a deposit with them
I spent a entire week trying to purchase a new Passport Elite and had no luck finding one so I started looking at the certified preowned ones. I was in contact with dealers from Miami to Jacksonville just trying to buy one of the ones they had advertised at the price they had them advertised for. All of them had ridiculous hidden fees, everything from $400 for nitrogen to $1500 for a lojack system. Fortunately I found a Passport Touring AWD CPO here at Sanford Honda. I called and was lucky to get Junior on the other end. He straight up told me exactly the cost to the penny. I drove in about 730pm on a Friday night and drove out in my new Passport about 30 minutes later. It was the quickest and simplest deal Ive ever made on a car. No BS, no dragging, no high pressure pitches. They were all very professional and very thankful. If your looking for a Honda, call Junior, he will hook you up. The finance guy was awesome too. THANK YOU SANFORD HONDA 🙌🏻
