I have dealt with this dealer over 10 years while owning three Saturns and did not realize just how much better their service was until I bought another make of car. (I still have one Saturn.) I did have one problem with quality in over 50 trips for mostly regular service. I had a floor shift that was sometimes very hard to shift. It should have been covered by the extended warranty I had purchased, but they tried to charge me until I argued with them. Not only that, they did not fix the problem. Later my son looked at it and fixed it. Service was friendly, I was almost always greeted by name, and the waiting room/showroom gave you three choices--a playroom with the children, a place to watch TV, and quiet areas to read. There were always current newspapers to read and fresh refreshments, including coffee, tea, bagels, muffins, and coffee cake. You always get a coupon for a free car wash. Service prices used to be very agressive, lower than places like Jiffy Lube, but as GM has started to have financial difficulties, they are raising prices. In fact, it was because Saturn was becoming more like just another GM car that I decided to buy another make.
