Bought a lemon. They knowingly sold me a used 2003 Vue in 2005 with a faulty transmission. The salesperson said, "oh by the way, although extremely unlikely, there was a problem with the VTI transmission in the design. If anything ever happens, it's taken care of. Saturn engineers have figured out a fix and it's a one time thing." I was a fool for not running but I believed them. It just let go for the third time and this time they say I'll owe $2900. This is 20k miles after the third transmission(which they paid for). They stated at the time, "it's noted in the system, if it happens again, it'll be taken care of."
The customer service at this dealership was AWFUL. I went in to discuss options after my lease was over and ROMA "helped me." She was condescending, rude, and tried to pressure me into buying a used car i did not want because it was President's day weekend and there must have been some sales initiative or something. She said she was "not able to run a credit check without a deposit of several hundred dollars." She basically didn't work with me on any options, but said i "could not afford the new Aura" which i was looking at. Her attitude made me livid. I ended up going elsewhere, to Hyundai of Norwood, where they were Friendly, low-pressure, and worked with me on a price that was within my budget on a brand new 2008 Elantra. It is a better car and has a much better warranty than the Saturn Aura. It's also better looking! When i went to trade in my old Saturn, Mark "helped" me, by making me wait about 45 minute (although i had called to make an appointment). He was then rude and abrupt about the paperwork. When we finished the paperwork, he took the plates off my car and said "ok thanks, bye." That place is awful all around. If you want a good experience, i HIGHLY recommend you go to Hyundai of Natick, where Wens helped me to buy a great new Hyundai. It's awesome, and gets much better gas mileage than the Saturn too!! I hated this place as you can tell, i urge you if you're dead-set on buying a Saturn, go to a Saturn dealership elsewhere, they were terrible!!
