First oil change with Armando, we are an hour early and he has the technician finished the job before our appointment time. Very good service.

The customer service here was good, but I am incredibly disappointed by a major oversight. I brought my car in for service on Friday, yet right after my visit, the car indicated it was low on oil. If a multi-point fluid check was supposed to be included, the technician clearly skipped it or failed to notify me. If an oil change was performed, it was done improperly, causing a sudden drop. Leaving a service center with a dangerously low oil level is unacceptable. I expect better attention to basic vehicle maintenance and clearer communication.
