I’ve been a service customer here since 2010 with service adviser Luis Peinado.Last week we traded up to a new 7 series. We were very happy with the service provided by client advisor Marc Smith and Sales Manager Ben Bennatt with the trade in and good deal on one their fleet vehicles with very low mileage, My wife and I are very happy.
Chris Q was great, he really helped make the process very easy and smooth. I would highly recommend working with him and with BMW of Austin.
