What Others Say

I was in the Market for a truck to replace my old truck farm truck. I went to Red Rock Ford after seeing their large inventory online. I was lucky to get Kelly Lambert as my salesman. He helped me find the perfect truck for my needs. I got the truck for a fair price and they gave me a fair price for my old truck as a trade. All and all it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Kelly was the best. He had experience in the service department and helped a lot in giving me the confidence that my new truck would be one I could rely on. Thank you Red Rock Ford

*Update 12/3/24 I called the Accessories Dept on Oct 23rd to inquire about a Ranch Hand replacement bumper. While I was on the phone with Ben from the Accessories Dept, he sent me a picture of the replacement bumper. I asked how much it would be installed and was told $1,200 (cheap, I know). I told him I would call back when I was ready. I called back on 12/2 and spoke with someone different. I told her about the quote I got from Ben and the email where he had sent the picture of the bumper I wanted. She found the email and the picture, I asked her again how much for that BUMPER installed and was told $1,200. I told her to order it, and we scheduled the installation for 12/10. I was called on 12/3 and told the quoted me wrong, and the new price is $2,100. I verified the product and the price multiple times with multiple people. Nobody is willing to stand by their word or their mistakes anymore. I wouldn't buy water from them if I was stranded in the desert. Terrible customer service, and they don't stand by their word. There's always the next customer, so you don't matter. Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a new 2024 F350 on July 17th from this dealership. During the purchase, it was next to impossible to get ahold of my salesman or anyone else other than the girl that answers the phone. I couldn't even get a call back until i threatened to cancel the purchase. That should have been my first sign. On July 21st, while on a road trip with 730 miles on the odometer, the AC went out. After visiting a Ford dealership in the closest town, I was told my AC compressor had disintegrated and the whole system needs replaced. I called Red Rock to schedule the service, which was a 2-week wait. I finally got the truck in and went 2 days without any updates. I called for an update and was told that they could not get the parts from Ford needed to fix the truck. I was told that a sales manager would call me to discuss options. My salesman, John, called me back and called me by the wrong name, and told me there is a "stop sale" for the part my truck needs from Ford. John asked what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted them to buy the truck back and was offered the option of "just driving the truck without AC." I was then told that there's nothing they can do for me, I need to call Ford for any other help. I asked why they couldn't help me and was told, "There's nothing else we can do for you." Buyer beware

I took my truck in, after it died on me on the road. I was told to check in the next day. I called, and got no answer. The next day, I got a call, asking if I had cleared the codes. I said yes, but I had changed some parts, to see if I could fix it myself. I showed them a picture of the codes my truck was throwing, and they wrote them all down. I finally got a callback. I was told my PCM was out, and parts were a COUPLE of days out. A couple of days later, I stopped by to check on my truck, and was told, they were waiting on a PCM. So I asked, how long will we be waiting. They said two weeks. Two weeks later, I got a text, saying my parts should be in, in a few business days. A week later, I replied to the text, with how long is a business day? No response! A week later I got a CALL from the service manager. He told me my parts were two days out. I told him, you’ve had my truck for over a month, I need a courtesy vehicle. He said we don’t offer that for older vehicles. I said well just fix mine and we will be good. The next day, he called and offered a courtesy vehicle. I took it, as uncomfortable as it was, and 12 days later I got my truck back. They couldn’t be bothered to clean up under the hood, or secure my batteries in place, but the skull hitch on my front bumper came out of their shop with a COVID mask! As far as customer service goes, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Almost $3000,00 for labor, and both my batteries were completely lose under my hood. I wish I knew how to attach a picture of the mask they put on my truck.

Very dishonest texted sales rep have have things in writing and they still wouldn’t honor what they agreed on truck wasn’t ready after we made a deal for almost a month ! Don’t waste your time

I have been purchasing Brand New Ford pickups since 1982. Mark Kletky has been the best Salesman I have had the pleasure to deal with. The after market, service department, Mark and the whole staff are number one in my book. Way to Rock Mark and Red Rock Ford.

Red rock has went above and beyond what was expected. Service after the sale is the golden ticket and they hit it!! Doug and steve are amazing!!
