What Others Say
On June 11, 2025 I purchased a 2014 Toyota RAV4 AWD XLE from Team Toyota Langhorne for $15,662 — total loan obligation $25,148.00. Within months the vehicle developed multiple major mechanical failures confirmed by the dealership's own personnel: torque converter failure, catalytic converter failure, exhaust system structural corrosion with the exhaust already separated and hanging — repair quote $4,745.02, brakes classified RED front and rear and failed within 9,734 miles of purchase, axle bracket so severely corroded it had to be cut off, fuel pump rust and EVAP system failure, fuel gauge malfunction, severe tire dry rot on aftermarket tires installed without disclosure, severe underbody and structural corrosion throughout, seat belt obstruction, and a post-repair oil leak that began February 28, 2026 and is ongoing. The vehicle is now not able to be driven. I was sold a $2,115.00 Vehicle Service Contract that did not cover the major repairs needed — and covered items were never submitted for warranty coverage by the dealership. The vehicle was in the shop in October and December 2025 — the dealership never submitted the warranty claims — dragging this out until February 2026 when the vehicle became completely inoperable. MPI videos from two service visits were confirmed recorded but never produced when requested. The vehicle has been out of service since February 17, 2026 — 56 days. Two replacement vehicles presented by the dealership were found to have mechanical concerns upon basic visual inspection. No resolution has been provided.
Team is OUTSTANDING. True pros. they genuinely cared about me as a customer. They focused on my needs in a car, not a "deal." I was set on a hard to find color/equipment combination. I wasn't in a rush, but didn't want to settle. It took months to get the EXACT vehicle from Toyota, even though they're one of the largest dealers in our state. They gave me an excellent price and trade value, and honored it the whole time. Salesperson Arseny Kiflyak was excellent. A lot of new tech wasn't around 5 years ago. He made it simple. Dekia in finance showed me a solid service plan that goes way beyond the 3 year warranty, and couple of good products to protect this beautiful red car, all very affordable. I found out the inventory manager Christine coordinated with the sales manager Tim Benamara and GM Chris Erxleben the whole time they were working to get my car. They have to be busy, but it felt like I was their only customer. They're doing things right. I recommend them strongly.
Absolutely DO NOT go to this dealership
I found a car I wanted and called to check on availability, they said it may not be available. I live over an hour away and asked them to make sure. I was reassured it was in fact available. I also told them the price I saw online with a dealership discount and asked them to check the price, YES that was the price. I drove all the way out there, my time, my gas, paid tolls that when we started punching numbers all the sudden the said there was no discount their website in fact took the discount down (I have the receipts showing the discount) and that somebody else already signed for it which was a LIE because I saw someone come in after me. I think they were going to get more money from this other potential buyer so they screwed me over. BTW the salesman that I worked with was name Wood, yes "Wood". He told me to come all the way out there and would make it worth my while to only screw me over. THESE ARE VERY SHADY PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST THEM
also SHAME on your Wood
I wish I would have checked the reviews on this dealership before going they have a 1.6 on yelp BUYER BEWARE
I went to this dealer because I thought they were professionals. I only asked for tire replacement, wheel alignment, and balancing. Of course, they had to do their video inspection and check things I didn’t ask for. They inspected the filters and didn’t put them back properly.
The tire balance wasn’t done correctly either, as my car was still vibrating at 65mph. I went back, and they re balanced the tires improperly again. I also asked for proof of the alignment that I paid for, but they didn’t have it, so I requested them to check again. Turns out, the alignment was also off. I told Mr. Carl I’d go to another mechanic, and he simply said “very good.” I decided to stop and go somewhere else.
I ended up at Keystone Discount Tire Center, where experienced mechanics work. They fixed the alignment, and the vibration at high speed went away.
What I learned is that while dealers may seem professional with their nice service advisors and waiting areas, they often don’t have experienced mechanics. Mechanics at small, independent shops care more about your car because it’s their own business, and they don’t want to risk their reputation. Dealers, on the other hand, often have high turnover and less experienced mechanics.
Do not by the car care policy. Complete ripoff. They charge all that money and when you go in they decline you on the spot.

We were very satisfied with our salesperson. She spent a lot of time showing the vehicles that interested us. She thoroughly answered our questions and explained the features on the vehicles. We never felt pressured into buying a vehicle.
