What Others Say

Took F150 in for cam phasers. Got it back leaking coolant. Replaced the water pump, got it back still leaking coolant. Took it back, they then said it was the coolant reservoir, $800 they replaced that, got it back, STILL leaking coolant. Went back, then they said it was the turbo coolant line, would be another $2100 to fix. They are either scamming people or their service department is completely incompetent. Would not recommend for service.

If they are will to screw a disabled senior citizen, how do you think they'll treat you?

Okay so I won't get real crazy all I'm going to say is do not shop at Bartow Ford there are a bunch of liars. When you tell them that you do not have good credit and you ask them specifically do not run your credit all over house hells. half acre and then they go ahead and they do it anyways every time you run credit it's a hard pull whether they tell you that or not it is a hard pull and a hard pull is not good so that just hurts your credit even more these guys have no problem running it at least 10 times I can tell you they ran a friend of mine's credit 10 times and he specifically told them not to HE specifically told them that he was always paid cash when you pay cash for everything you probably won't have a credit score because cash does not build credit these people are going to tell you they can help you establish credit credit while running it in the dirt there are two kinds of credit sometimes three there's people like me who have excellent credit then there are people that have semi good credit and then there are people who don't have credit yet to punish the ones who do not have credit by just running the xxxx out of it just for the fun of it and then they end up telling you boy you know what we can get you financed and then you finance rate is so high fire beware do not Finance anything for over six and a half percent it's just not worth it even if they tell you it is run turn around and run they are the typical used car salesman if you want to be treated fairly and like you have dignity don't shop there I'm going to say loud and clear go to Homosassa to Jenkins they will treat you like a valued customer Bartow Ford will treat you like you are an idiot so if they would have just did what was asked and then it would come back and say you know xxxx sorry but you know you have three turned Downs you know what there's always cash things don't always have to be financed that's why some people do not have a credit score or a low credit score need to be very cautious when a car dealership says they can get you financed they can now promise you anything like that when they start pulling your credit it is a hard pull and don't let him even kid you it is a hard pull and a hard pull hurts your credit even if you have none it hurts what you do not have. Or they get you financed a ridiculous percentage rate no car is worth anything over 6% don't do it to yourself walk on the dealership know exactly what you can afford don't make the mistake of falling in love with the car that you cannot afford and don't ever let a salesperson tell you they can get the job done and get you financed they have no earthly idea unless you're going to a Buy Here Pay Here place no car dealership can swear to you that they can get you financed unless you're sitting with a credit score of about 800 then yeah they can get you financed but there's not a whole lot of people that have that score so buyer beware when they say they're going to run your credit and help get you financed they are lying to you lying don't fall for it. If you have no credit the best way to get it is go to Babcock open up an account make your payments on time and do that for at least a year they report to the credit bureau that's how you can start to establish credit and they do not run your credit go to Aaron Rents they don't do credit checks but they report to the credit bureau establish yourself don't let somebody else hurt your credit don't fall for their lying that's all the education I can give you but it's a good education no car dealership can promise you financing unless it is a buy here pay here other than that think hard pull on your credit will destroy your credit especially after 8 or 9 times

Waited a week for appointment for oil change. Time of appointment was 5:30, at 5:45 was told wait would be extra long due to one person going home at 11:30. I felt dealership was very inconsiderate in not calling them to reschedule oil change as they did not have enough personnel. Rescheduled appointment for 11:30 next morning, I will see how timely they are then.

Very disappointed with Quick Lane. I didn't have appointment so I came to a Quick Lane. There was quite few cars in line. I asked Quick Lane Rep how long it will take, he told me 2 hours to get car into bay and 45 minutes for service (oil change and tire rotation). I was in lane at 8:25, was done with paper work at 8:50. Came back at 12:30 and car still wasn't done. In fact it was third in line. I understand that service department gets busy, and if I had all day I could just pick up in the evening. But I needed my truck back in afternoon and that's why I specifically asked estimated time.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You can not even get in to get your vehicle serviced unless you are willing to wait over two weeks and if you need a loaner or a rental the wait is even longer. So in other words, they can no longer service what they sell in a timely manner.
