Great service and ready to help personnel. Comfortable facility, clean and with refreshments. Fast and reliable work.
Dealership was fine. I had made an appointment for my service and had requested Curt to be the service advisor. It was just a maintenance minder B 1 7.. but it took nearly 3+ hours for them to fix it despite having an appointment at 7am and I was there at 655am. I had asked in between to Austin on why it's taking long and he said it will be done in 20 mins but it took more than 40 mins after that to be done. I'm considering taking my car to Acura dealership in Indy directly next time.
Efficient, smooth, pleasant. Very happy with presentation and performance of vehicle. And final four words!
