Highland circle gmc needs to go out of business. I have been a patron since 2015. No issues until the last few years. There service has declines significantly. They are just another money grab. If you value your money and your vehicle STAY AWAY. They wait until the last minute to tell you your brakes need to be repaired. That 4 point inspection is a JOKE. So then you also need rotors. I’ve got this done multiples times. The last time I noticed a burning smell and a scrubbing and whistling noise obviously not safe to drive my family around in. I take it there they do a “test drive” and tell me nothing is wrong. After I paid over 400$ for brake and rotor repair on just the back brakes. Please save your money and stay away from them. I am a hard working woman that has been scammed by this business. Ps I bought my car from here twice and never go anywhere else for repairs until now. I’m done. Heres your warning folks.
Purchased a 2015 Buick encore check engine light came on the same day supposedly they fixed it the light is back on they won’t cancel the deal of it offer any other vehicle poor salesman vehicle won’t pass emissions sold me lemon
AVOID A BAD EXPERIENCE & DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Check out Tom, Freddy, & Robin’s reviews on their google reviews page. This “dealership” is a joke, I wish I would have checked reviews before coming, after this bad experience I would 100% trust buying from a buy here pay here lot instead of this so called “big name dealership “. For starters, customer service here is terrible. We asked to test drive a used truck that was advertised as a clean, 24,000 mile, one-owner vehicle, 4x4 in all working conditions. Right off the bat we got a “You got 10 minutes to drive it and check it out”. We test drove it and noticed a few things which we brought up to them when thinking about the purchase. There was a knocking noise when driving towards the back, we noticed they purposely left the spare tire loose and brought this up alongside the rust on the frame which we were told was just a little surface rust but can see the frame was painted with black paint to cover this up. They did not care about addressing any of these items and instead discounted the vehicle. We end up purchasing and the following day the noise got worse. We took it to several shops only to find the reason they purposely loosened the spare tire was to distract us from the noise we heard, it was due to 3 out of the 4 cab mounts that the trucks cab holds onto the frame with were rusted off of the frame so the cab was bouncing onto the frame freely. The whole frame was rotted and both shops are shocked at why this vehicle ever hit their lot, they said it is unsafe to drive and we are best returning the vehicle since it practically needs a new frame. To top things off the 4x4 is also not working & the brake lines have air in them. They never truly inspected the vehicle. We called the dealership the next day and got sent to finance where of course they didn’t care they already got their commission, they said “there is nothing they can do” and hung up. I called again and got sent to Eric’s voicemail with no returned call. I have called and asked for the GM to make things right but claim “they don’t disclose that information” and got sent to Robin. Robin said there was a procedure to get to the GM apparently and it starts with finance, she said they would give me a call and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called over and over and get sent to different staff’s voicemail and never get a callback. It got to the point where we had reached out to General Motors and got them involved. They couldn’t believe how unprofessional they were being and had the General Motors district manager call them. That’s the only time we ever got a response and it was through General Motors not the dealership. Their response to them was the typical “it was bought as is” response and claim we had all the time in the world to inspect the vehicle, we’re not from the area and was given 10 minutes to test drive/inspect the vehicle there was no way we could have caught all of this in that time frame and get it on a lift to see all of these serious defects. Again, it should have never made it to their lot! General Motors have put our review of them on file and said they would do their best to get us in touch with the GM of the dealership which I have yet have happen. I would understand the whole “sold as is” crap if it were a $5k vehicle but this was a $15k vehicle that was never inspected otherwise it would have and should have never hit their lot. Lesson learned, if they are refusing to give you enough time to properly inspect & test drive the vehicle walk out. This still does not excuse the lack of professionalism & horrible customer service. They clearly do not care about their customers or their safety if they sell vehicles with rotted frames that severely impair the use of the vehicle! Pictures of the frame can be found on Circle’s google reviews page.
Straightforward and no add ons to the price every other dealer in the area added stuff to their "final price" this was the only price we received which was honest and the actual price when we went to buy the truck
Bought a dodge ram from this dealer and found out that summer that the air conditioner didn’t work. It cost me $3000 to have the evaporator core replaced. This dealership said nothing about it. They also sold me an extended warranty on the power train for $2700 that is worthless. They refuse to pay for repairs to the power train. I wouldn’t buy anything from this dealer.
Bryan Druktenis once again made the car buying experience extremely smooth. I have purchased numerous cars from Bryan over the years and it really gets easier and easier. He checks in all the time to see how our vehicles are treating my wife and I and always makes sure to say hello and ask how our kids are doing when we are there for oil changes. His ability to relate with our needs and wants in a vehicle is always clear from the start. This is the 2nd time he already had the perfect vehicle that met all of our needs already pulled up when we arrived. He listens to what you have to say and puts you in the perfect vehicle. This time for me it was a black 2024 Elevation (Sierra 1500). The black rims truly make this truck look super sharp! Go visit or call and ask for Bryan you will be forever grateful you found the right place for your family.
