When I first went to this dealership, I met Graig, he was a very friendly guy. He told me that the car I was going to purchase was still in the shop, and that it would be ready in a couple of days. The car wasn't ready in a couple of days, more like weeks. I was starting getting furious,Graig wasn't giving me any information on what was going on with the car, I was about ready to go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. I had had my loan check for almost three weeks. Finally I was able to go and pick up my car, he had priced it really well for the year and the condition of the car. But not too long after the car had been purchased. I received a phone call from the bank that gave me the loan, That they had not received the title. The bank finally was able to get the title, but it was a couple of weeks to a month after I had purchased the car.
