I just brought my vehicle to Mac Haik Ford for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance. John is hands down the best service advisor there! I’ve used him many times, and he always goes above and beyond to help me out with whatever I need. Exceptional service every single time!

Jonathan Courtney was awesome. He kept me up to date throughout the service. They gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my truck was being worked on. Overall, it was a great customer service experience.
