I experienced damage from road debris that debilitated my new BMW. Matt and the team went out of their way on so many levels to get me back on the road. They could not locate the required part so they took what they needed off a new vehicle on their lot and made the necessary repairs in time for me to continue my journey as scheduled. Their commitment to excellence and total customer satisfaction is exemplary - I would rate them 10 stars.

If I could rate a zero, then I would. I scheduled services online and set an 8 o’clock appointment. I came in to drop my vehicle off and several employees stood around in an office and did not even acknowledge my presence. They had opened the bay for another lady and asked her to step into the office. As I continued to stand there for another 5-10 minutes just to see if they would even acknowledge me, still no eye contact or communication. I then proceeded to get ba k into my vehicle to drive off, then one of the employees stuck his head outside the door as to look to see if I was leaving. Still in my dismay, no words or conversation. If I have to drive 100 miles to get my vehicle serviced then I will. I will never ever try to request service from them in this life time. This business need to thoroughly train their employees are on customer service. I am totality disgusted and disappointed.

Tried to charge me over $450 for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement, and I even provided the filter, a total scam. Beware of these guys.

Efficient, friendly service. I had left my car at the dealership and was texted about a couple of additional services that were recommended along with their costs. Very helpful. I then called and asked a couple questions before giving my approval for the services.

Salesman was courteous and knowledgeable he explained different options we got a good deal and were able to trade in our old car it was nice

Great service. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended. They assisted me in getting my oil change and tire rotation completed in a timely fashion with a convenient and no charge car wash on top of it
