Went back to this dealer for SCHEDULED warranty service after purchasing a vehicle from them 5 months prior. They immediately tried to charge me for the work and claimed the car was sold without warranty, placing the burden of proof on me. After showing them proof of warranty they delayed my scheduled service for 20 minutes longer trying to figure out how to write up a ticket for warranty work. I asked them to check the wiper fluid level in addition to the scheduled work for TPMS replacements; they diagnosed the vehicle for over an hour claiming to be stumped as to why the service secretary put "customer states wipers inoperable" on the ticket. Again, I originally asked this secretary to have them check the fluid level. Regardless, the service manager then informs me -- over the phone (while i'm standing directly on the other side of a large glass window) -- that they didn't have all the sensors ready and needed to run and purchase the last one. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but I live over an hour away and am out of range for loaners/courtesy cars, i told them ahead of time I was waiting for the work and the exact issue I needed fixed, and they told me over the phone these parts are stocked and the work would take 1 hour 45 maximum. I left over three hours later with damage to all four rims around the lugs and beads, which had not been touched since I purchased the car from them. I personally detail my car nearly every week, so I noticed the damage while still in the shop. I'd been waiting so long I just left. Lexus should enact punitive measures to the dealer and I believe they owe me new rims. I know I didn’t get it as bad as some others, but this puts shame to the Lexus brand. I’ve read about people with worse damage from dealerships and most of us have come to expect this. I’ll just say this: if we don’t speak out against this gross incompetence and planned negligence we should expect it to continue.

We purchased a used LEXUS Rx 350 in 2024. We brought it in for state inspection and emission test after 12 months. The inspection and emission tests went smooth as we waited. Aer the tests your maintenance person said we had four free services, and even though we only drove the car 4,000 miles during the year, we should take advantage of the free 30,000 service maintenance requirement. This additional service went smoothly and one hour we had the car finished. We only had to pay for the emission test. The safety inspection and 30,000 mile service was free. We were very pleased with your tests and service. We plan to continue our maintenance and purchased with Thompson Lexus.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a used car. Paul was so nice and took us on an informative and fun test drive. It felt like buying with a friend helping get us the best price. No pressure to buy add ons when we met with the business manager to sign documents. Love that we have a 6 month warranty on a certified Lexus along with lifetime inspections.
